Very professional,Four Season Heating and cooling are my go to company for all my heating and cooling needs.

Outstanding job. The installation technicians were professional and completed the job above and beyond my expectations.

Work was fine, massive over-charge. This happened while I was traveling and my wife was home. Refrigerator delivery team identified the refrigerator line shutoff valve was bad. I lined up this plumber remotely. They came in when my wife was home. She doesn't know plumbing. They shut off the water, unscrewed one valve, replaced it with a valve that goes for ~$12 on Amazon, then turned on the water. Charged $573. The work appears to be quality but they'll gouge a poor woman who doesn't know better if they can.

No surprises, Technician arrived as scheduled was professional while in my home and cleaning furnace.

Four Seasons are always courteous and they are knowledgeable of their business! Would highly recommend.

The repair went smoothly and when all was said and done the repairman helped tell me how to get ready for this upcoming winter.

Technician called before he came and showed up at the time promised. He did a very thorough cleaning.

Air duct cleaning went very well. Face bowl faucet not repaired. It was suggested that I buy new parts totaling over$400. I just wanted a stopper replaced and a leak stopped. Not totally satisfied. Furnace tune-up and water heater check is set up for appointment next month.

Home depot had fall tune-up special for $59 which is really good price. Home depot hires 3rd part HAVC cleanning people. When they find something wrong they charge extremely high price which you can not effort. For example they said my Motor Run Capacitor was not good and needed to be replaced, So I asked price and tech said $250. I think this may cost $50. And tech did not wanted to share more details. I asked him to send me report but I still have not got it.

The technicians were courteous and helpful. They answered questions and even put in a Nest thermostat that I had bought.

The job went very well. Technician asked before he looked at the furnace if I had any questions and after the furnace was cleaned, he asked if I had any questions. Very thorough job done.

They did a complete clean, and check on my furnace with a no breakdown guarantee for 1 year. I’ve been a customer for decades!

Four Seasons was excellent for my furnace installation. I got four quotes and theirs was easily the best in every way: guarantees, warranties, product and price. The installers, Jesus and Emanuel, were fantastic, staying late to ensure the job was done right on an old home. Would hire again in a heartbeat.

They were on time, courteous and installed the AC with no issues.

Everything went great. The install team was punctual and let us know when they were on their way. The team removed the old furnace and install the new furnace within the estimated time quoted. They made sure everything was working. we were made aware of any outstanding issues. In this case we had to replace the humidifier filter before using it. They show us how to use the new Nest thermostat and answered any questions we had regarding the installation and the new furnace. Great job!! Would use Four Seasons again.

We needed A/C service ASAP. The tech was scheduled immediately and arrived the same day in the time slot that was scheduled. He was thorough and has the issue taken care of immediately. He took the time to explain the existing warranty in detail to prevent any issues in the future.

After my first inquiry they sent me dozens of emails and texts and voicemails which did not sit well with me and initially caused me to search for a different company where I felt I would be more of a person and less of an account. But they offered the best bang for the buck--between the brand level (Lennox), size of the unit, and guarantees. Their estimator was very informative and the installers were extremely efficient and professional. In the end, I think a bigger company like Four Seasons has the capacity to offer a higher level of service than a smaller company.

Each time repair was requested some representatives said no and some said yes this went on for four days. Only to be told they would not honor the warranty. I had to have another company do the repairs

Warning!! Deceptive and unfair business practices, failure to deliver goods and services promised on the contract. Awful customer service experience. We hired Four Seasons to install both a furnace and a humidifier in May 2022. They gave us a quote for $4380 that included both appliances, but their contract was deceiving- they applied a discount of $945 to the proposal, but they applied it only to the humidifier. Now they refer to the humidifier as a “free accessory” and allege they are not liable to deliver the humidifier anymore. We paid 100% of what was agreed on in the contract, they installed the furnace but they failed to deliver the humidifier because, at the time of installation, the technician said it wouldn’t fit the existing space. The salesperson failed to measure the existing space appropriately when he gave us the quote, so promising a humidifier that did not fit was a mistake on their end. In spite of that, they refused to refund us any money for not providing the humidifier and refused to find a humidifier that would fit the space. After multiple complaints and getting nowhere with the customer service, we contacted another provider who gave us a quote of $895 for a fan-operated humidifier, a smaller model that would fit in our existing space. We made Four Seasons aware of this alternative model but they refused to install it, alleging they don’t work with those models. Instead, they gave us these two options: (a) we pay them an additional $1593 to do some work in the air duct so that their model would fit, or (b) we do not get the humidifier and do not get any money back. We obviously have not proceeded with option a. We did not get the humidifier and did not get reimbursed by Four Seasons. STAY AWAY FROM THEM: Four Seasons is unprofessional and dishonest: They handed us a proposal made by someone who does not understand the specifications of their products, making a promise they couldn’t fulfill Four seasons is unfair: They made a mistake that made them unable to deliver the specified humidifier, but they don’t want to compensate us for it. There are other models that would fit in our space, but they are not willing to do it. They expect us to either pay an additional $1593 to get the specified humidifier or not get a humidifier at all and not get any money back. Four Seasons takes advantage of their customers: By not delivering and installing what they promised in the contract, and getting 100% of the money, Four Seasons is making a bigger profit at our expense. We made them aware of this, and they completely dismissed us. Four seasons is a deceptive business practice: They outbid other companies by applying discounts in a way that they could try to elude responsibility for the goods and services they promise. It is unfair competition with other providers and it is a scam for customers. Four seasons treats the customers poorly: Their customer service has been very dismissive of our claim and has completely failed to see how unfair this was. On one occasion, when I said this was deceptive and fraudulent they laughed at me. On another occasion, when we told them it was unfair to not refund us any money or to have to pay an additional $1593 to do what their original evaluation and our contract said they could do, a customer service rep accused us of “wanting free things done in our unit.” If you are thinking of using their services, think twice, they could screw you over as they did to us.
