Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning

I will never use the plumbing section of this company again.

I've been using them for six years. They are efficient, very professional, very clean and don't leave a mess by any-means. They are very easy to work with and will accommodate your schedule, they're a very good company all the way around. There was just one technician that came for the job.

Four Seasons is great! The tech was on time, clean about his work and very helpful in getting everything taken care of.

I have to use them again for warranty purposes. I think communication could be better. I't's not working as it should, a couple of more days here and I can already tell that we are going to have the same issues, and I'm going to have to call them again. There was a coolant leak. They said they fixed it, but I seemed to be having the same problems.

It was a really good experience. They were really good I really liked everything. The work and everything that they did has really held up over the last 10 years as well. I always shop around with price. I would use them again if the price was good. It was 4-5 guys. They put in two furnaces and two air conditioners throughout a whole building. They cleaned up very good.

They showed up on time. They got the job done that same day. They were pretty courteous. Our daughter was less then a month old and they let us know before making any loud noises so we could get out of the house or take a walk.

Fine. Person was prompt and took care of the cleaning quickly.

I've used them for years. One person came out and it took about a half an hour. They left the area clean when they were finished.

They make you wait 6 hours at home you've gotta be there between 12 noon and 6 pm. They wanted a 6 hour window and I took a half day from work and sat on my butt till at 4:45 pm when this guy shows up and says ooo its 15 minutes till 6 I don't wanna do this job. I said you don't do it now your never doing it and I will get my money back and you'll never come back to my house again. He said okay and got out of the car and looked at my air conditioner and told me that it would be about $2,000 to repair it. Then he washed the outside of it. I asked how much for a new air conditioner he said 4 or $5,000. I said but I have a card in my hand from your company saying new AC starting at $2,000. I have a tiny home, a AC for my home isnt going to be more then $2,500. I sent him on his way and then I called the people who actually put in my furnace they came out with a two hour window, they looked at the AC and said I need to replace it but I could try a couple of things. They did a few things and I made it through the whole season.

He explained everything to me and showed me. He demonstrated what he did.

They were here a long time, about twelve hours.

It was fine. The work was done well and quickly. It took them 3-4 hours and they cleaned up completely when they were finished.

Good, would recommend and hire again

new water heater dented when put in, ejector pump ran quietly when he left it ran louder.

They are good. They come out when they tell you.

They charge for air conditioning and heating it’s the same price $89.95. They are reliable.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The sales person did not realize how much work was involved when he came to inspect my house and give us a quote. Installers arrived and didn't do any work at all and left because there was too much more work involved than what they were ordered to do. The sales person called and rather than apologizing, basically said this was not his mistake. They were supposed to send a specialist out to see how much additional work/cost is required but no one ever came or called us. After 2 days of leaving messages I got a hold of the Account Manager who basically said they are walking away from the job because it's out of scope of their work. WHY DIDN'T ANYONE TELL ME THIS 2 DAYS AGO? I don't understand why I had to wait 2 days and chase them around to hear this. Terrible experience! I would never recommend them.

Four Seasons has been a go to. There is a Chicago fireman that started that business. My dad was a Chicago firemen, so I just really love that. I have to say though, over the last couple of years, I have not been happy with the quality of workers that come out. With that being said, we do like loyalty and we kind of like to work with a company that's been around. We did have our furnace installed by them. Again, a big communication issue with the people they sent out and they were here till 1 o'clock in the morning putting our furnace in. It was hard not being able to communicate. Then a couple times before that, they sent a young guy out to clean our air conditioner and he blew off the panel. That was like 4 years ago. You don't want to trash a business, but it could just be the installer and they did make good on that one time they blew off the panel. They gave us the trip for free. The price sounds a little bit high, but we have a down draft. It kicked out on us on the coldest winter and we didn't really have time to look around for prices. I would give them a "C" overall because it was first of all, the guy came out and said "it's gonna take 2 weeks for us to get a new furnace in here." I said "2 weeks, we are going to be frozen and dead." So again, I am concerned about the quality of how they are training their people, where as before it was never an issue, but I don't know how a kid comes out and looks at a furnace and tells us that we can't have a furnace for 2 weeks. Then to send not 1 but 2 workers that don't speak English, installing a $5000 furnace that we can not even communicate with. There should be at least 1 English speaking one, just so we can talk about the product we are paying for. We have had them out several times now and we will probably go another route now. They did leave the area clean after the work was performed. It took a long time to complete the work. They were here till 1 in the morning. I think they got here at 7 or 8 o'clock in the evening, but installing a furnace is a long time and we have a special needs son and we needed that furnace. It took a long time and it seemed longer because we usually would of had a furnace installed during the day and during a working day and because it went into the evening and into the morning. It just seemed longer.

Salesperson was informative and took the time to explain process and offer best suggestions for current and future needs. The install technician had to come back a second time to make adjustments but they were quick to respond and come out.

It was fine. They are reasonable. It was good quality.

It was successful, the radiator is fine and I have peace of mind knowing everything is in good working order.

I would use them again in the future.

It's a positive experience. The price was the issue.

I haven't had any problems with it. They came when they said they were going to come. They did a beautiful installation. It looks just great. They cleaned up behind themselves. They were very professional. Anytime I had a question, they answered it or got somebody that could answer it.

One technician took a few hours to complete service. Left area clean.
