Description of Work: I called them for an estimate and they didn't show up. I called them again and they said that they couldn't see the appointment in the computer so they told me that they will come next day. They didn't show up again!!

Poor experience. Would not hire.
Description of Work: Unfortunately, I have been unsuccessful just obtaining an estimate for a 6' privacy fence. I've scheduled an appointment twice. The first was canceled by the company about an hour before we were scheduled to meet. The second time no one showed up. There was no courtesy call or anything. Professionalism and reliability are two qualities I look for when doing business with someone. Since this company has shown that they are lacking in both, I won't try them a third time.

Great, easy to deal with.
Description of Work: I contacted Mr Chmielinsky to give me an estimate on having some fencing done on my property. After a very thorough and reasonable estimate I signed the contract. Afterward I did some research on my own and decided not to have the work done. I called Mr. Chmielinsky and told him I wanted to cancel the contract (after he had bought the materials). We reached a fair and equitable settlement for both of us. If I ever have occasion to use Mr. Chmielinsky's services again I would do so without hesitation. He is a fair and honest businessman.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH FAITHFUL FENCES WAS EXCELLENT. JIM, THE REPRESENTATIVE, RETURNED ALL OF MY PHONE CALLS IN A PROMPT MANNER AND SHOWED UP ON TIME FOR ALL MEETINGS. FURTHER, THE QUALITY OF THE WORK IS GREAT AND I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY FENCE. I ACTUALLY CHANGED MY MIND DURING THE MIDDLE OF THE JOB AND JIM WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING. I WOULD HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN WITHOUT HESITATION FOR ANY FURTHER FENCING NEEDS.

PROFESSIONAL, APPROACHABLE, HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY COMPANY REP (JIM). TOOK THE TIME TO DISCUSS OPTIONS. INSTALLED SEVERAL SECTIONS OF PREMIUM QUALITY, BEAUTIFUL WROUGHT IRON FENCING. THERE WAS A MISUNDERSTANDING/MISCOMMUNICATION AT SOME POINT BUT WAS PROFESSIONALLY AND CHEERFULLY RECTIFIED WITHOUT HESITATION ON THEIR END. WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED BY THAT; THAT DEFINES A COMPANY'S HIGH CODE OF STANDARDS. THEY MAINTAINED A SAFE AND CLEAN WORK SITE DURING ALL PHASES OF THE JOB. DID THE WORK WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. PRICING WAS COMPETITIVE AND ACTUALLY BELOW OTHER QUOTES THAT WE HAD OBTAINED (THOSE WERE FOR LESS WORK/NOT AS GOOD QUALITY/OR AVERAGE DESIGN). OUR NEIGHBORS COMPLIMENTED THE WORKMANSHIP AND FENCE QUALITY AND WE HAVE HAD SEVERAL REQUESTS FOR THE NAME OF THE VENDOR. WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND JIM AND HIS TEAM WITHOUT HESITATION.

THE THREE QUOTES I GOT WERE ALL WITHIN A FEW DOLLARS OF EACH OTHER, BUT THE OTHER TWO COMPANIES LEFT IT TO ME TO GET THE PERMIT. JIM WAS WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH. HE APPLIED FOR THE PERMIT HIMSELF AND WENT BACK TO SUCCESSFULLY PLEAD OUR CASE WHEN IT WAS INITIALLY DENIED. HE CAME OUT TO OVERSEE THE CONSTRUCTION WHICH WAS DONE ON TIME AND DONE BEAUTIFULLY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

FAITHFUL FENCES DID TRULY EXCEPTIONAL WORK. I CALLED AFTER SEEING THEIR AD IN OUR SKOKIE NEWSPAPER. JIM CHMIELIWSKI CAME PROMPTLY, LISTENED CAREFULLY TO OUR WANTS AND NEEDS, DREW OUT PLANS AND FULLY DESCRIBED HIS PROPOSED WORK, AND GAVE US A FIRM ESTIMATE, VERY FAIRLY PRICED. THE PROJECT WAS STARTED WITH OUR PERMISSION EVEN SOONER THAN HE HAD INDICATED. THE WORKERS WERE POLITE, ABLE, AND STEADILY ON TASK. JIM CHECKED EARLY ON TO MAKE SURE CODE COMPLIANCE WAS FOLLOWED. COMPLICATIONS (AN OLD, RUSTED-OUT, BURIED ELECTRIC CONDUIT) WERE HANDLED WELL AND RESPONSIBLY. THE CRAFTSMANSHIP WAS EXCELLENT, THE MATERIALS FIRST-RATE, AND THE JOB STARTED DRAWING COMPLIMENTS EVEN WHILE IT WAS UNDER WAY. WE NEVER DREAMED OUR BACK YARD COULD LOOK SO GOOD. JIM WOULD NOT TAKE FINAL PAYMENT UNTIL HE PERSONALLY VISITED AND MADE SURE WE WERE FULLY SATISFIED. THIS COMPANY DESERVES THE HIGHEST MARKS.
