Description of Work: I called eurosonic to clean my pleated shade blinds. I made an appt. They came the next week. Took all 15 blinds down and took them to their shop. Later that day they camels back and rehung all the blinds. They were very nice people. The blinds looked great.

Description of Work: I have custom cellular shades in my home that use standard pull cords to raise and lower the shades from the top, or from the bottom. The pull cord on one of the shades snapped, and the warranty on repairs from the manufacturer had expired. I found Eurosonic through Angie's List and selected them based on their "A" rating, and other positive feedback about the company. | |Although there was slight problem with the appointment time window that I was given by Eurosonic initially to come to my home to pick up the shade, James the owner apologized for the mix up and resolved the problem quickly. It turns out that I had to reschedule for another date/time, which was fine. | |The quality of the work done by Eurosonic to "restring" the shade was excellent! The repair job was actually better than the manufacturer's original workmanship. | |The total cost of the repair job was $125. Eurosonic was the only company that I researched that offered in home pick up and return service in my area, so I can only assume that the price for the job is more than reasonable. The price included disassembling and reassembling the shade from the brackets, the restring repair, and pick up and drop off of the shade to my home. Additionally, the shade that needed repair covers a balcony door that faces a busy intersection. Therefore, the fact that Eurosonic kept it's promise of same day service was awesome! Extra kudos to Eurosonic for that. | |I would definitely use Eurosonic again for repair service. They truly deserve their "A" rating.

+ -1 moreThe blinds were cleaned beautifully upon their return. I had asked for the blind pulls to be replaced with child safety cords however, when they came back, they were not replaced. The crew was prompt and courteous.
Description of Work: Six sets of blinds were cleaned. A two person crew came within the three hour time frame quoted and removed the blinds for cleaning, then brought them back the same afternoon.

+ -1 moreThis was a very easy home project! I dropped off my blinds on a Saturday; there was just enough loading zone parking in front of their place. Very friendly. Price was just what was listed on their website. Offered to have the cleaning done by the following Monday. I didn't get back there until the following Saturday, so that was fine. When picking up, no problems, walked in and they were ready. The blinds look just fine. A lot cheaper than new ones, I'm sure. I will be taking a single "duette" style blind in for cleaning soon.

I WAS ADMIRING HOW GOOD THEY LOOKED, AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVE APOLOGIZED FOR NOT GETTING THEM COMPLETELY CLEANED. I WILL DEFINITELY USE AGAIN.
