+ -1 moreDRACO was to complete a routine extermination. The technician was not thorough and used the product so sparingly that the extermination visit was not effective. DRACO's office was notified within 48 hours as to dissatisfaction with the service. After being bounced amonst 4 employees of the company over 2 1/2 months, DRACO offered a follow-up visit with limitations. I agreed as I was tired of the back and forth. When scheduling the follow-up, I was told that I must pay for another full extermination before the follow-up could be scheduled. I did not agree with this last minute stipulation and asked that the company honor its offer and the position to stand behind its product and reputation. This request prompted a voice mail from Walter Thompson that DRACO would not complete the follow-up visit and not to call back.
