Scott was very thorough and extremely knowledgable. Following the initial inspection, he provided us with a well-written report complete with pictures and diagrams. We brought him back for a reinspection at the final walk through on the day of closing and discovered that the seller had not done the agreed upon repairs. Much to our dismay, the seller presented misleading and fake invoices in an attempt to fool us into thinking the work was done. With only a couple of hours until closing, Scott wrote a complete and detailed report (with pictures!) that gave us the ammo we needed to get money back from the sellers. His services are invaluable, and we would recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection.

Meagan did a great job quickly scheduling and arranging Wen and Brendan to come out and work. Techs were punctual. Wen was great to work with. Knowledgable, thorough, and polite. Brendan was terrific. Easy going, thorough, and good customer service. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

The inspection went well. We were enamored with the property only to discover due to the diligence and thoroughness of the Domicile Consulting inspector, that it was best that we not purchase this property. Significant latent problems were revealed by our inspector regarding electrical, mechanicals, fireplace which gave a good reason to cancel our contract. It saved us from buying a potential $500K 'elephant'.

Excellent, extremely thorough and caught issues that more than one person told me not everyone would normally catch, and gave me a detailed report that is above and beyond what most inspectors do. I ended up withdrawing my offer based on the inspection findings.

I had two different condos that were inspected by Domicile. The first one was done by Scott, he was super thorough very pleasant and efficient. He even showed concern in wanting to make sure I understood the neighborhood and surrounding area where I was buying. That place fell through so I hired Domicile to come do my second apartment. Different consultant, same great service. He even insisted on reviewing my parking space. BONUS I got an unexpected discount for being a return customer. Only downside? Their reports (very thorough) do take a full 48 hours so make sure you know that when you are in a pinch!

Our inspector was right on time and got to work immediately. He did not say much but the report I just received said everything and included wonderful pictures and action items. He answered all of my questions but if anything I guess I wish he shared more of his wealth of knowledge with me.

Mr. Danner was very thorough. Also very nice and willing to explain everything he was looking. We appreciated all the time and care that he took. He also wrote a thorough report that was easy to understand. It included a lot of pictures. He was available to answer any questions we had later.

Scott arrived about 15 minutes early, at which time he begin to make a visual inspection of the exterior of the building. I was in the car awaiting the arrival of the agents. He took the time to point out minor and major items of concern. Scott encourage me to shadow him and feel free to ask any questions. Owners and renters often engage in conversation with perspective buyers, however Scott continue to be diligent toward the task at hand. I and my agent agreed with his overall assessment of the condition of the?building. His photo's were clear and provided written explanations of what was wrong and what action would need to?be taken for correction. Prior to using this company, I used another outfit that didn't provide the attention?to detail?the way Scott did. Would I recommend this company and Scott you bet. Also I like to send a shout out the office staff for providing a cost reduction for services rendered. I agree with many of the reviews this company provide a quality service at a reasonable price. Husband and I look at homes for related living so overall the homes that met the requirement were very old. I went to Angie's list and found Domicile consulting. I felt that it was worth the extra money to get a very good inspection. I was RIGHT! Scott came out and was very professional and thorough. He showed us everything, answered our questions without hesitation, was honest and taught us a few things. We would not hesitate to call them again. Since we are still out there looking I'm sure we will again be talking to Scott. He saved us a BIG mistake! Scott did not charge us the full fee because part of the property was unavailable to see and the inspection was so bad. Thanks SCOTT!!

Bill from Domicile Consulting performed the inspection on a condo unit we are in the process of purchasing. Bill was extremely helpful throughout the inspection, taking the time to explain all the problems he was seeing and explaining the real options we had to either repair any problems ourselves, or what really needed an expert. He also gave great suggestions on upgrades and modifications we could make to increase the value of the home outside of the scope of the inspection items. Bill was very thorough, even scrutinizing pictures he took after the inspection to find problems in the background that were initially missed looking through the massive common areas. Working with Bill was very reassuring, he let us know what problems were real issues, but definitely didn't give us the "sky is falling" treatment. After the report came out Bill made himself available to talk extensively about the report and explain any concerns we had.

I used another inspector that came recommended by our realtor. After that inspection I was left feeling that I really hadn't had an inspection because of the lack of information provided. Then, while packing for our move, I came across a page of happiness that I had saved on Domicile Consulting intending to use them when we found a condo. Yes, we were past the contract inspection period but I needed to know more in depth about the property we had purchased. I called Domicile and was graciously assisted by Meagan. She set up an appointment for another inspection with Dan Cullen. I can't describe what a great experience it was but I'll try. Dan was fantastic and was so knowledgeable about buildings and everyhing in them. He has a passion for his work and explained so much more about our unit including our heating system (along with ways to improve it), windows, appliances, etc. The results were like night and day from my previous inspection. I had so much more information this time and was now armed to make some necesssary changes in the unit. We are now moving into our condo with a wealth of information about how everything works and what changes to make now and in the future. You can tell Dan loves what he does and everything he touched in the unit he knew about and explained to me in language I could understand. He is truly an EXPERT in his field. I would describe Dan at Domicile Consulting as HONEST, PASSIONATE, and with INCREDIBLE INTEGRITY. I would highly recommend Domicile Consulting and plan to use their services for another property soon.

Dan Cullen the founder did the inspection. He pointed out several items that needed to be fixed which persuaded the seller to set those right. When he described the items he also prioritized them saying, this one really should be fixed before you buy or I see this all the time and it's not really a big problem. Being able to access the online report was great. It included photos which was extremely helpful. Even years after the inspection when I've called for advice or pointers on home repair, I've received very extensive, helpful pointers about what to do next. Highly recommended!

My experience with Domicile was great. I set up an appointment online for a day and time that fit my schedule. My inspector, Christi, emailed before the appointment to confirm. She was on time, very through and lovely to work with. Her report was done before she told us it would be. As a first time home buyer, it was great to work with a company that I felt comfortable and confident with. Christi was awesome!

Bob was there on time. He was very thorough and took the time during the inspection to explain things to me. He is very knowledgeable and professional. The detailed report was provided same day. I have bought several houses and had inspections--This was the best I've had. I highly recommend Domicile Consulting for anyone needing home inspection!

Andrew was very professional and provided us with details on issues with the home prior to our purchase. He also provided us with contractors to use in the future as well as his email in case we had questions in the future. Very detailed and knowledgeable. Would recommend in the future.

Ross was able to come by and gave me excellent insight into my concern and some suggestions on what I should do next. The fact that they gave such great support long after the initial inspection was completed shows how much these guys care about delivering great service and great value. Thanks!!!

Andrew Danner was extremely thorough. He found several major issues with the property which actually resulted in a cancellation of the contract - good but sad :( He was more than willing to answer any questions I had and provided helpful suggestions for remediation of issues. The report was turned around in 48 hours, and Andrew offered many times to answer any questions after-the-fact and even followed up with a personal email.

Andrew Danner has now done two home inspections for us this year. The first one saved us from purchasing a very poorly remodeled home. In both cases, Andrew was incredibly thorough and promptly produced a highly detailed and illustrated report. Andrew and Domicile Consulting have more than paid for their services in the amount that they saved me by avoiding a bad purchase in the first case and by identifying thousands of dollars of repairs that the seller will need to make prior to closing our deal in the second case.

It was terrific. Dan spent a good amount of time with me on the phone. This was based on an inspection he did in January! I asked if I could remunerate him but he would not hear of it. This is incredible customer service. I cannot recommend this company and Dan highly enough. The best!

Ross and another team member came out to perform an inspection on a home we are looking to purchase. They were extremely professional, arrived early, and thorough to levels we wouldn't have expected. The report was extensive and Ross took the time to review with my husband and I afterwards to ensure we understood the big tickets items as well as other repairs that need to occur. I will use Domicile again for any future home purchase I may make.

Andrew Danner and Ross Neag assisted our condo association with a roof project. Both were great and Ross called in from vacation to help tie up loose ends with us. They provided thorough reports, shared technical reference material and answered a million questions. Both are extremely friendly and helpful. Will use them again.

Fantastic. The results are easy to read, thoroughly documented, graphics are used, and suggestions are made. If anyone is looking to get a property, and I am very new to this, this is the company you want. The inspector took the time to completely review what he found and more importantly had a great personal touch.

Andrew Danner was courteous, professional, explained everything he was doing, showed us many photos taken during the inspection , and constantly checked back with us to see if we had questions. He clearly was experienced and knew what he was doing. Andrew sent us a summary of his findings (including detailed color photos) the same day. This was a short version of his much more detailed final report. Based on his inspection, we decided not to purchase the home. Andrew's inspection and his willingness to spend time explaining all his findings saved us from making an expensive mistake. As we continue to search for a new home, we will absolutely contact Andrew Danner and Domicile Consulting to work with us. Excellent experience.

I had an excellent experience with them. I recommend them. The inspector I had did his job well. The report was great and what I expected.

This was a fantastic job. The inspector did everything possible and more. He and found items that others apparently did not know were there. More detail is possible but, I am going to hold off at this point. The inspection was professional, thorough, and genuinely enlightening. Everything explained and the inspector made himself available to for discussion both before and after the inspection. The finished product, the report, was perfect and again found some things that made a huge difference for me. Suffice it to say that the findings were life changing and prevented what could have been extreme consequences in the future. I would use these great folks again in a heartbeat. Worth every penny and more. I would like to publically thank them for a job well done!
