I got a recommendation from my realtor to call this company. I left one message and did not hear back. About a week later I tried again and spoke to someone who took down all my information and then am still waiting (that was two weeks ago) to hear back again. I'm sure their work is fine since I got a recommendation for them, but they obviously are either too busy or too disorganzied. If they are busy, I would worry that they might be expensive to try to reduce less "valuable" work. I would avoid working with them for these reasons.

I contacted Diaz Group and requested a quote for my front yard. I gave them a deadline of a week in the future to make sure I had the quote for my condo meeting. I live in a three-flat in Lincoln Park and we have dead sod and a few dead plants. I requested removal of all dead materials, installation of mulch and some low maintenance plants. They provided a quote on the morning of the deadline (good timing!), which included a picture of my property, with a landscape design superimposed on top of it. They were the only company that provided a picture with the quote so that I could understand what it would look like. The quote was $1930, which was more than my condo building was willing to spend, but I was very impressed with Diaz Group's thoroughness. If we had more money in the budget, I would have been very comfortable going with this company.

I used them twice. They were timely and professional. They were also less expensive than their competitors. They came out early and finished the work early. They provided superior service and were just fantastic. I will be using them again next spring to redo my patio.

It was a great experience from the first meeting. The office was prompt and customer service friendly. They showed up on time, provided and estimate of work and provided ideas for brick paving. They offered to walk to a couple houses in the neighborhood for me to view different paving options - this was extremely helpful. We bidded out the work with 2 other landscaper companies from Angie's List. The most comprehensive and complete bid was from Diaz Group LLC. Everything was very detailed and it made us feel confident there were no hidden or additional costs, it was all done up front. This was the most detailed bid we received, it was also the most cost effective. Not only did we feel we were getting the best pricing but we knew exactly what we were getting. The project was put off a couple days due to weather but they kept us informed in a timely manner and this was exceptional. We were extremely happy with the work we received from the Diaz Group LLC. The workers were always very helpful, answered all my questions through-out the process and they were able to accommodate last minute changes/requests through-out the process. I felt they were very efficient and extremely courteous to our neighbors property. Please feel free to contact me should you need any clarification, we were overall very satisfied with the work. We see them in the neighborhood often and continually ask how everything is, great customer service.

So far the experience has been good.

Ultimately, my condo association went with someone else who was slightly cheaper. I would have no reservations though about recommending Diaz Group.

I found them after I saw someone's lawn that they cut. I got their number from that person and I then checked for them on Angie's List. They are fast, efficient, they trim around the fence of our corner property and everything. They were priced around the same as everyone else and I feel like it's worth it because they are professional and I have a lot of grass.

I chose another landscape company for my project

Our Condo Association was looking for a landscaper; we got three bids and designs for the front yard. While the Diaz Group was not the lowest bid, it appeared to be the most bang for the buck and we decided to go with them. Rafael and Ruben assisted me in every step of the way, they are extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The project took three days and it is obvious that they passionate about the work they do. Any time I had questions or concerns Rafael was quick to respond and open to discuss anything. On the third day of the project we noticed something we did not like, called Rafael and he changed the layout of that area, adding three lilac bushes at the last minute without any trouble. I highly recommend Diaz Group for any landscaping project you may have.
