Diamond was very punctual, and was able to order and install a comparable replacement garage door that met my specifications within a few days. I would definitely use their service again.

They responded quickly to a broken/stuck garage door and informed me that although I was told the garage of my house was rebuilt 5 years ago, the door was at least 20 years old. Got the work done in a day and everything works smoothly now.

The repairman showed up as scheduled, diagnosed the problem and made the repair in 30 minutes. He did a great job and as noted before was quality oriented enough to address another issue he had spotted that I was unaware was an issue. I selected this company because of their high previous rating and the results I received were consistent with the high marks given by other Angie's list members.

Dealing with Edward from the first visit to get an estimate to having the door and opener installed was awesome. He is very down to earth and very knowledgeable. He caught a problem with the size of the original door that the other garage door companies did not which effected the proper size of the door to be installed. That eye for detail and his pricing are what sealed the deal. He was very professional from estimate to install and he worked his butt off during install, very impressive. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

The service provider arrived even a little before the agreed time, and fixed the problem efficiently. The door is now working properly and is more quiet than before. He also pointed out some problems with water coming in that has increased the wear on the sensor.

My experience with them was good. They came out shortly after I purchased the Big Deal because I was having problem with my garage door at the time. That did not cost anything on top of the Big Deal. They were fine. I got what I paid for or what I expected. It is your basic garage door company and they are reliable.

Above and beyond. Deal was for roller replacement and "tune-up" but this door has had the crap beat out of it. Ed quickly sized it up, adjusted anchors, realigned tracks, tightened everything,re-torqued spring, fixed my contractors' multiple screw ups, and even popped one of his light-bulbs in, all no extra charge. He spent an hour on it, and the rollers only took 5 minutes. You can't beat a deal like that-- most guys will charge $200 just to come out and look.

Well, He showed up on time and did a good clean job. I did not deal directly with the repair man, my tenant did and felt he worked in a professional manner.

Everything went well. The scheduling process was easy, they arrived on time, and the work was done well.

The service turned out quite well. They guy came out on a cold day, and managed to get a good job done. The door seems to be working better. There were some parts that had to be replaced, and so there was some extra payment to be done. I have no reason to not recommend them. The guy was very accommodating, and came early. I would use them in the future.

The service was good. The owner was good, the employee was a nice guy, I don't think he was as competent as the owner was. They tried to sell me something, they told me I could upgrade the spring. I appreciated that , and they told me that I have a different kind of spring, and I told them what I had was fine. They tuned up the garage door, and did a good job. I would recommend them. The price of the big deal was well worth it. The punctuality was good. I purchased the deal, and didn't hear from them for 3 day, and so I call Angie's List, and then they called me. They must have been busy because the weather was so bad.

|Our across-the-alley neighbor's car slid into our garage door while he was maneuvering to pull into his garage from the icy alley ruts. (Lucky for us he is a good neighbor, contacted us, and paid for the door replacement!) We were barely able to raise the door when we had to go out that morning, but some of the wheels were off the track and the door couldn't be lowered. We had used Diamond Door previously and had been pleased with them, so we called them right away on that Friday. They came out, assessed the damage, and told us that since that type of door was 15-20 years old and no longer made, the panels needed for repair (the damage involved the bottom two panels) were no longer available. They did a "temporary fix" so we could lower the door and showed us how to get in and out if we needed to. They gave us an estimate on a new door ($775) amd arranged to come out and replace it on Monday. Despite the super-cold weather they were there promptly on Monday (after calling to confirm the color of the door we wanted), installed the new door and made sure it worked properly, and also replaced a nonfunctioning light socket in the overhead light unit. They accepted our Angie's List coupon. We've only been in and out of the garage a couple times since, but the new door--with new technology; the springs are located above the door on the garage wall, rather than in the tracks--functions smoothly and looks great. We really appreciate their expertise and their willingness to respond immediately to "door emergencies"--even in this awful weather.

We paid more to get an extra remote. He came out and he was great. There were no problems. The price was very good. It was great.

He was great. Also got a new remote for the garage door.

It worked out OK. They did they tune-up, but they also found that I have the wrong springs that the previous person had put on. So I had to contact the previous company and I had to deal with them, because they had put the wrong ones on. It was nice, because they actually identified the problem.

They were great and we were very happy with them. They were professional the way they did the work. Scheduling went well and that was the professional part about it as well. Two technicians came out to do the work and it took about an hour a half to complete everything.

These guys are great, I was having a problem opening my garage door due to a broken spring. They were able to come the same day and had it fixed in a short time. I would without reservation use them again.

Garage door chain was tightened and lubricated.

The lead guy was surly and not very customer friendly. He told my wife we should tear down our garage. We asked them to service our garage door opener vs. ask their opinion on our garage stability. We then asked him o look at a neighbors garage door who is having some financial difficulties and we wished to pay for their garage door to be repaired. The lead tech. was dismissive of the request to give an estimate ,our interest in helping a neighbor in need and the neighbors need to be helped. If we use these guys again,we will request a different technician.

I tried a diiferent outfit initially and was told by them they'd "get right back to me." When I didn't hear anything for over an hour (and for full disclosure, it's now more than 5 hours later and I've still yet to hear from them) I contacted Diamond. They said someone would contact me in a hour and a half. They did. In fact they showed up in front of my house in an hour and a half. They gave me a price which seemed fair and then proceeded to do the work. Less than an hour later the job was done to my satisfaction. I definitely would use Diamond Garage Door Repair again.

Edward was one of the most professional, helpful service people I've had the pleasure of working with. He went over and beyond in answering my questions, explaining and even helping with some non-related items. When the job was finished, it was like new.

Provider called and communicated when he would arrive and then did so. Very knowledgeable on the mechanics of garage doors, diagnosing problems, replacing parts...all of which were covered by the tune up...and giving me advice on things I should be watching that would impact how well the door functions.

Tuned up two garage overhead doors. Prompt, professional and fairly priced. Already have additional work scheduled with them. Highly recommended.
