It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was great. They were excellent. When I went online to ask about their services, I got an immediate answer. The owner was so on top of it. He was so accommodating with his schedule. He was crazy responsive; that's how good he was. The guy that came was really nice and explained everything. He was clean. It was a great experience. I paid an additional $125 because I had them do another room. I would definitely use them again.

CSI was excellent and I would use them again. They were actually 10 minutes early (and I live in the city of Chicago so that's rare with traffic and parking), they explained the job, completed everything all within the time estimated (actually about 15 minutes less). Great job!

I purchased the Angie's big deal, $149 for tile and grout cleaning and resealing. After the purchase, I was immediately contacted by Cesar at CSI-Absolute. He explained the process and addressed the questions I had. On the day of the appointment, the techs, David and Victor, arrived and immediately began working. These guys worked hard and did an excellent job. I mean a truly excellent job. My floors look like they did when the tile was first laid. They look fantastic. The techs arrived on time, explained the process and began working. They were hard-working, dedicated and professional. I cannot recommend them enough. You will not be disappointed with their work.

I used CSI to clean my tile last year. During that visit they mentioned they also cleaned carpet and furniture. I called and spoke with Cesar. Although the wait time to be scheduled was a couple weeks, it was definitely worth the wait. Christian and Victor were my technicians. They did a fantastic job. Christian worked diligently to remove spots that my last carpet cleaners said wouldn't come out. My sofa came out great as well. I am very pleased with CSI and would recommend them in a heart beat.

Everything went PERFECTLY. CSI staff are true professionals and first-rate in their skills. Our granite and marble floors had a lot of stains. They restored them all to a perfect finish. We could not have asked for a better job. The professionalism and skill sets of the CSI staff are beyond reproach. A job truly well done.

It went very well. The technician was punctual, calling me when he was 20-30 minutes away. He also laid down all the necessary protection coverings on my carpet, rugs and floor so there would be no damage. He called me over during each stage in the process to get my opinion, and he shared his on what was needed. He didn't try to sell me additional services that I didn't need, and agreed with my assessment that the least stained floor didn't need the additional work at this time. He then completed the work, and cleaned up everything so you'd never have known anyone was there doing this work. Except for the fact that the marble floors which I thought could never be restored now look amazing.

They were prompt, on time. They were very helpful and told us everything we needed to do. We will use them again in the future.

I hired CSI-Absolute Clean in response to an Angie's List Big Deal Offer. The company responded immediately to schedule an appointment. On the scheduled day, David called ahead to touch base and let me know he was on his way. He called again to let me know that traffic was bad, and that he'd be a few minuites late. It was very thoughful of him. When he arrived, he was very polite, and throughly explained the steps of the process for cleaning and sealing the floor. He worked diligently for about 2 hours. After he finished, I was amazed to see how clean the floor was. David did a fantastic job. Time will tell how well sealed the floor is, but so far it seems to be fine. I will certainly use CSI again for future floor cleaning, and likely will hire them for carpet cleaning as well.

CSI-Absolute Clean was terrific, one of the finest companies we've ever dealt with for any service. From the on-time arrival of Cesar Reyes, the company's sales representative, to the on-time completion of the two day project, every aspect of the work was completed as scheduled, and the result was spectacular. Every area of stone and grout worked on looks absolutely new. When Cesar first arrived to survey the work we wanted done, he walked us through the whole process, explaining every aspect of what his technicians would do to accomplish our goals. He gave us a prompt and completely accurate estimate of what the cost of the project would be. The two technicians who did all of the work on the project, Deivis Polo and David Orozco, were exactly on time both days. They were completely respectful of our home, and they were friendly and courteous to the max. When my wife asked to add shower caulking to the project while they were at our condo, one of the men actually ran to the nearby hardware store to purchase the necessary material so everything could be accomplished on the same day. And the added cost to us for the previously unscheduled caulking job was totally reasonable. For the quality of the work done, we found the cost to be absolutely fair and reasonable. We would enthusiastically recommend CSI-Absolute Clean to anyone needing restoration and cleaning of fine stone. In fact, we already have done so.

From start to finish this company was extremely professional and very good. I was contacted by Cesar within a few ours of buying the deal to set up an appointment. They can out within the week and would have come earlier but was due to my schedule. They called 10 mins before the appointment to say they would be 5-10 minutes late. In my book of hiring people that is not late :) They arrived on schedule and had the job completed in less than 2 hours which is what they quoted me at. We had a limestone bathroom floor that was impossible to clean and years of built of dirt in the grout and tile made it start to appear brownish in color. We tried everything to get it clean nothing worked. Now it looks like a brand new bathroom as if I just had all the tile professional installed. I will DEFINITELY be calling them in the future for my other 3 bathrooms. A+++ across the board I HIGHLY recommend them and the price was great.

Dave and Christian were very nice, helpful, neat and professional. The supervisor, Cesar, stopped by. I was a little surprised at the additional cost for a much smaller additional area (the fireplace surround and caulking), but I guess that "the special" was, indeed, special pricing.

The CSI-Absolute Clean Inc guys were polite and courteous. They did a great job of cleaning the floor and sealing our tile floor. I would definitely use then again.

Field techs arrived on time and did a great job. They put in extra time and worked very hard. I'm very happy with the result and would recommend them.

Our kitchen floor has ceramic tile that was never sealed when it was laid. We have been in the house for 12 years and the grout had really become pretty dirty. Two people from this firm came and cleaned the grout and then sealed it to keep it clean. They were very hardworking and had the right equipment to get it restored. Honestly the floor looks brand new!!! Great experience!

CSI-Absolute Clean came out and cleaned the grout and granite floor in our bathroom. They were easy to contact after we purchased the Big Deal and were quick to schedule the work. The gentleman who performed the work was right on time and did a very thorough job. Our floor hasn't looked this good since it was installed six and a half years ago.

My sisters in law watched my dog while I was on vacation. On the last evening my dog got skunked.....needless to say she came into their home and rubbed her face and body on their carpets. I called CSI and they came out the same day for me. The technician was puctual, came into their home with shoe covers and identifcation tag. He was very courtious. Their carpets came out clean and deodorized. Thank you CSI for a job well done.

They did a good job and were pleasant to work with. There was some confusion on how the tile dries and they had to come back to give it a final clean after it fully dried.

The technician was very courteous and punctual. It was raining the day he did the service and made sure he put shoe covers on when he came into my home. The work was done extremely well and looks great. The products he used seem to be of very high quality. Water is now beading up on the marble! I will be using them for my other three bathrooms.

I had the company come out to perform the service for the big deal. They came out and did a fantastic job. We have tile and grout from the 20s and it looked brand new. We were pleasantly surprised. They were also very accomodating.

The estimator was very prompt and courteous. He arrived 30 minutes early, and called while in the parking lot to see if he could begin the estimate early. Dressed appropriately, with picture badge identifying himself. The walk through was very precise, he asked what we wanted, and offered suggestions. The day of the clean up, the CSI crew went an extra mile for us. They took all of our garbage out to the dumpster for us, and even scrubbed the walls down (not part of the estimate). They even patched some holes in the walls for us. The entire staff was polite and professional. Excuse me sir or ma'am. The owner of the building was very impressed with their service upon inspection and asked for their card. i will definitely contract them for my cleaning needs in the future.
