CSI was easy to deal with. Provided a quote over the phone and then arrived promptly and professionally. Scheduling was easy and they even followed up with reminders and confirmations. The service tech Chris was kind, polite, and attentive. He wanted us to be happy and wanted to learn about our needs. He took his time to listen, show us the chemicals being used, and how it will look before even proceeding with the job. He cleaned up after the work is done, and when I checked in with him, he showed me the process he was doing and the steps. A+ for service.

first attempt the provider did a very poor job, leaving lots of stains behind. i called asap, and they agreed to send someone else out for no additional cost. the second person did a much better job.

They were great both times. They were prompt, very courteous and professional, and they did a really nice job. Both the carpets and the grout were really dirty, and they did a great job.

Very professional service man. Did a very good job. Had some mess from the cleaning on surrounding base boards.

Deivis was able to expand the scope of the job on a moment's notice, which i really appreciated. He was well dressed, had a pleasing personality and took care of business efficiently. The results were outstanding in all cases! We own 7 properties in the city and will use him again. The office staff was also good. Called ahead of time... made sure i was satisfied.

It went very well. Cesar was very accommodating regarding my schedule; worker was very punctual and did an excellent job. My marble tile looks as good as new - didn't know that this was possible. Will definitely use this company again.

The scheduling was great and CSI was easy to deal with for that. They were mostly prompt (called with a reasonably short delay) and very professional. Unfortunately, the work was not well done and it may have been a little of "you get what you pay for". Perhaps the work would have been better if the deal had not been for a limited time. Only some of the grout work was done, some was left undone. It looks fine, but not great. I would not purchase another Angie's List deal with this company again.

The CSI Team did a really nice job of the following: - Consulting me onsite for the best way to repair, clean, & re-grout my bathroom - Repairing a cracked tile - Replacing caulking in Kitchen; as it turns out, I didn't mention that is was an odd color; CSI team took full responsibility for not inquiring ahead of time, & tech ran to local Ace to get matching caulk (he actually brought 2 colors for me to choose from); - Quoting me on cleaning & sealing another bathroom floor - Sending a follow up note to me Summary: Very satisfied with the work, definitely plan on using them again!

It went OK with CSI-Absolute Clean Inc. It was not the best but it was OK. They finished the job.

I had stains on granite counter tops in my kitchen. Saw Groupon so contacted them to have counter tops cleaned. They were excellent to work with from time I set up appointment to their contacting me when they were running 30 minutes late. They did a great job in getting out stains and giving me recommendations for ongoing care. David and Harvey were the two technicians and they were personable, efficient and focused on doing a great job.

Booking is very friendly. We bought big deal for $99 1.5 hour 2 man cleaning and grouting. They came in on time and explained everything well. The reason I gave for B on prcing is that they charge extra for steam clean . I wasn?t entirely comfortable with the charge but still order it as it does seem to make the grout line look cleaner. I felt to be fare and easy compare with other contractors, pricing method should be simple. Whatever cleaning tool needed best for the job should be included in the price. To make an analogy, If a cleaning lady comes in and tell the client they use floor sweeper, but vacuum may do better job with extra charge, you probably don't feel comfortable about that. I am not sure if other contractor has similar charge though. This is the only company I hired and quoted for the job. Walkin shower caulk broke up the next day. I called and schedule the fix . It is extremely easy. Caulk line hasn?t been broken since fix. As for quality, caulk line looks perfect after final fix,. Only one bathroom floor about 20 square feet area looks much cleaner. Other areas only maginally improved in appearance.

For two men taking 90 minutes in a small bathroom, if they couldn't get it cleaner, they should have informed me they didn't have the proper materials. For an extra $70 they replaced some grout; the extra $70 being that they had surpassed the 90 minutes for the cleaning stage. These are very nice and kind gentlemen, but I feel like I was taken for a bit of a ride. I could've gotten the bathroom as clean as they did, and it wouldn't have cost me so much nor taken as long. I'm sorry. I don't like to write reviews like this at all.

They sent two guys for 1.5 hours. They were courteous but after entering the bathroom 24 hours after the service (I was instructed to let it curate for at least 24 hours which meant it was unusable so I didn't enter again) I noticed they missed an obvious stretch around shower area where caulk was missing. So two pairs of eyes missed it over 90 minutes. Originally I hired them to recaulk and patch grout. They said because the grout was in good condition they would mostly clean the existing grout and do minor patching where it was missing. So majority of the job was cleaning the grout. From my POV, that's a job for 1 person for 1.5 hours, not 2 people. Within 24 hours the supervisor emailed me (that would be Tuesday) asking for feedback because they valued hearing from customers. I told him what I put here, and have not heard anything back (it's now Saturday), so I guess they really don't value hearing bad feedback. I would have expected him to at least offer to send someone to caulk the section of the shower they missed to make the job whole. But no.

They were on time, called before they came, explained everything at me, were very polite, got things done in a timely fashion, cleaned up after themselves and I am very satisfied with the work.

They did a great job. The tiles were a little precarious and he wasn't sure he could fix them, but he tried...and did a GREAT JOB. Used an Angie's List Big Deal so it cost $99. A real bargain for the great work they did.

It was great! I wish all service providers were this kind and professional. Deivis and Harvey called to let me know they were ~20 minutes away, arrived and quickly got to work. They were so kind and thoughtful and did a great job on both rooms. The ONLY issue I had (and it was a small one) was I wasn't aware that I shouldn't use my tub or kicthen for ~24 hours. Thankfully my schedule is fairly flexible right now and I do have the option to shower at my gym or a neighbor's condo... but many other days this could have been a big deal. I will also admit - this may have been noted somewhere on something provided to me... I tend to glance over things vs. read in detail, so when Cesar called to confirm my appt learning this 24 hour rule at that time would have been helpful. Other than that - these guys were great, the work was great and I am happy to have it finished! Thank you! I will definitely call again should I need help.

CSI-Absolute did an outstanding job from start to finish. The sales rep (Cesar) was responsive to my inquiries, everyone was exceptionally courteous and professional, and most importantly the technicians (Deivis and Harvey) did a fantastic job restoring my bathroom floor. The floor is about 25 square feet of marble laid in 1X2 inch rectangles, so there is a lot of grout broken into maddeningly small sections. I'd spent hours on my hands and knees trying various cleaning solutions, none of which really worked all that well. They restored it to as close to new as possible. I used an Angie's List deal that was $99. The actual price of the services is about $250 and I'd pay that without hesitation.

.Earl and his partner, ( sorry I can't recall his name), called a little before 9:00 am and arrived within about 10 - 15 min. after the call. They were very neat to the point of putting on shoe covers due to the snow. They did the job within 2 hours . Everything looks fine. They were polite and very professional by explaining options such as premium and standard caulk and how long it would take each to settle/dry.

Very fast response & professional work. Chris did a great job.

The company is in another state so I had to refund the deal. He was however, very helpful in helping me get the deal refund and offered to help me find providers near me which was very nice. He was great!

The contractor showed up on time, performed the work without problems and it still looks shiny a year after! If you have natural stone floors, I highly recommend using CSI to seal them.

They came in twice to rectify some issues and did a great job.

They were great. They were efficient. They were efficient and they did a good job. I keep looking for the same deal again.
