The service was good. They did the best they could with the caperting but the carpets were old.

I purchased a deal to carpet cleanse 3 rooms. I was contacted within hours of my purchase to schedule my cleaning. They gave me one of three of my preferred time slots. The day of the appt, I received a call stating the individual will be there within 30-45 minutes. He showed up exactly as stated. Zach cleansed three rooms and even dealt with my very talkative mother. He was so happy with his work, that he took before and after pictures. We have children and dogs on cream carpet (previous owners) decision. I didn't have much hope in how cleaned it would get, but he exceeded our expectations. I was teetering on the decision to purchase new carpet if the cleaning would not help the situation. In fact, we had an accidental spill of wall paint the night before and I wanted to cancel the cleaning because I didn't think it would work and it will be a waste of money. The paint spill stain was gone. Not on the berber carpet section, but I am happy with the one where it was really noticeable and removed. I was extremely surprised at how well he completed the job. He helped move some furniture for me since I couldn't shift the furniture around by myself. I remember he tried to go over a spot with such intensity. I had to inform him that he needed to move on because it was a burn mark from a dropped iron and no amount of cleaning would help. I saw the diligence in his eyes and he really wanted to do a good job. He was really helpful in regards to explaining the different types of carpet that I had and the type of treatment I could use for certain mishaps. For example, when a child has an accidental stomach situation, a protein cleanse will work instead of general cleanse. He also explained about rust stains from furniture and how to prevent it. I was really happy with the service. Everytime we mentioned how good of a job he completed, he beemed with pride. He even lightened a stain that I absolutely didn't think could be helped. A previous carpet cleaner couldn't make any progress on the old nail polish stain, but he managed to lighten it considerably. I will use them again since I don't have to get new carpet any time soon.

All went well. Booking, punctuality, price and performance. All A's Zach was thorough, careful, and personable. Doing this work in a 3rd floor walkup condo unit did not deter him from doing a great job. Would use CSI again and would definitely recommend them.

From the first call to schedule the estimate, CSI was a pleasure to work with. Professional and knowledgeable. Andre and Zach arrived on time, did a great job cleaning two ceramic tile bathrooms that were quite nasty after having construction done on the house etc.. They went above and beyond, cleaning toilet, sink and more - leaving the bathrooms spotless and ready for our move-in.

Great. The sales person was very thorough and gave honest opinions as to what would be the best cleaning options for the 3 rooms. Quote came over within a day. The 2 service men that came out, Jose and Scott were awesome. They cleaned the floors for 5 hours. I was home the entire time and they worked diligently to clean the tiles and grout. We selected the full restoration in our master bathroom and it was worth it.

Excellent service. Angel removed stains that other carpet cleaners have been able to remove.

From beginning to end, I had an excellent experience with this company. The receptionist who responded to my Angie's list request was professional in every way -- courteous, friendly and helpful. I requested a grout cleaning for a 22-year old ceramic kitchen floor and a 15-year old bathroom floor -- both of which I have had difficulty getting to look clean and fresh. I was impressed that the company owner stopped by to be sure that my requested job was "doable." Following his encouraging report, the work was done by Andre on July 28th. He was very professional from beginning to end, explaining the process, the work, and optimal result as he went along. A follow-up call from the receptionist, checking to be sure all was well, was an added professional practice. I am very pleased I discovered CSI on Angie's List.

They were quick to respond throughout the entire process, from answering my initial questions, scheduling the appointment and even prior to their on time arrival. The rug is beautiful and was practically dry when they left. I have nothing but praise for this company and will not hesitate to recommend them any chance I get.

They were very professional. Someone came and gave an estimate the very next day of calling. Estimates were emailed same evening. I had a sense of urgency in getting the grout cleaned, and they scheduled me the next week. The person came on time, it took him longer to complete the job than originally planned, but he took the time to do it. While 99% of the grout came out, which is what they had said before as it was granite tiles, they did their best. Nice, professional people. I highly recommend them.

Cesar the owner/salesperson has an excellent disposition in which is most likely keeping the company a-float. I should have gotten the hint that from Carpet Cleaners - Gone Stone Experts is not a good indication on hands on experience of working with Natural Stone. So they educated themselves but without the apparent hands-on experience or expertise I got less than what I paid for and should have known better. If I needed the mold out of my shower area (in which I would never incur anyway) I'm sure anyone can provide this service and look like a hero so I'm not taking away from the education they pursued for Natural Stone but it did not fit my need on the dull spot on my Granite Counter. But what really bothered me because as noted above Cesar made No promises; was AFTER the fact; No Follow Up. Now he Knew what my concerns were, He was charming walking in here to give me an estimate and observe what I was in need of; natural born salesman. So, Knowing what my concern was, one would only think a follow up call would have taken place due to the demeanor that was displayed upon our first meeting AND when the service man was Finished, he informed me to expect a follow up call from Caesar inquiring how the job went. To add more detail; The Main Service Technician was good, I could see he was here to properly complete a job function. He had a "trainee" with him as I was told via email prior to their arrival that technician in training would be working with the Main technician. I don't have their names off hand but they were presented to me via an email. I have to say it appears the company is off to a good start with this sort of communication Up Front but then is seems to fall apart. The "trainee" apparently had too rough of a Friday night and arrived sniffling something awful explaining it to be Sinus Problems. As the job progressed it apparently got too rough for the technician in training and he bailed out to sleep in the Van or Car -whatever their transportation was. My Husband was working outside only to see him passed out in the vehicle. One with Sinus problems or allergies if taking medicine for them would become sleepy but Not Show the Active symptoms as this person did. He should have stayed home. I took awhile to review due to time constraints and I don't want to slander anyone trying to make an honest living but quite honestly I am tired of paying for services that continue to remain less than adequate. My counters Did Indeed look nice and shiny upon completion but the dullness in only one small section remained. What is bothering me besides the lack of follow up is that as time has went on, the counter issue is right back with not only the apparent dullness but the Smudging that should not be occurring. And when I asked Cesar what Product for daily cleaning he would recommend, he could not. He stated it was up to the individual preferences and that should have been a tip. If one is in the business to repair, renew and clean, you should be able to tell me what is Best to use for daily cleaning. The Technician Did, he told me what I should be using. I was concerned the store bought Granite Cleaners had created the problem. So for $275.00 I got my Counters professionally Cleaned and Buffed; along with Sealing that I could do myself and as of today two months later; I see no difference from prior to my service.

Cesar (the owner) called me directly and apologized for the shoddy work the first time. We worked together to set up a time for his best employees to come out and fix the problems that were caused by poor workmanship the first time and to actually do the work that was promised the first time. These workers were professional, knowledgeable, and wanted to meet our needs. This is exactly the type of company I want to work with in my home. Both workers examined the grout and all the issues that we had with the grout from the previous worker. They were able to spend the time to do the job completely and correctly. The grout and the caulk now look fantastic! We tried to match the grout color which was difficult to do, but based on their experience, we were able to find a color match and make the master bathroom look very nice again. Thank you to Cesar for listening to his customers and for making this right. I think if most business owners cared as much as he does, the contractor world would be a more trusted and respected profession. They took no short cuts to making this right

I thought the overall job was good. It was a very fast estimate and it was the lowest priced estimate. They also did the service for me.

This company did a great job! I had a stain on the natural stone in my shower from cleaning chemicals that my maid service had used. My maid service had tried unsuccessfully to remove it and I found CSI. Cesar came out and gave us an estimate with two options which were comparable to another service I had called. His tech came out a week later to clean our stone and Cesar stopped by to make sure there were no other questions and to brainstorm the process with his tech. They tried the initial option without success so they moved on to plan B and it removed about 95% of the stain. The mark that remained was blended in so well, that you wouldn't notice it unless I pointed it out. They were clean, efficient, polite, professional. It turned out great! I would definitely trust them to clean any of the other natural stone in my house.

The service went well. The staff did a very good job and I was pleased with their customer service. I needed them to fix the grouting in the tile, and they even helped me find an issue with the tile to think about working on in the future. I would definitely consider using them again. They completed the service within the 3 hour time frame with two technicians. I had no problem contacting the company or scheduling the service. They had great communication skills.

I am very pleased with the services provided by CSI. Their professionalism is top notch. My granite kitchen counters were in need of refurbishing and polishing. The technician (Harvey Scott) was able to clean, reseal and polish a very damaged area of one counter. He advised me as to on going care of the counter to help insure that the finish remained bright. The results were great and I would highly recommend CSI's services! The remaining areas of the counters were polished and buffed to a beautiful shine. I cannot say enough about their prompt response, on going communication and punctuality. I will definitely use CSI-Absolute Clean for their services in the future.

We were very pleased with them. They were accurate and timely. They did great work. There were two cleaners here and they were here the full three hours.

Excellent communications and scheduling. Very flexible with my work schedule. The workers arrived on time and completed in a day. We had to wait another day before we can use our shower.

Purchased as Big Deal. Pleased with the work that was done. Gave me a pamphlet of the other services which they provide. Will be using in the near future for upholstery cleaning.

That turned out pretty good. There is only so much that you could do to limestone in my shower, it was already pretty damaged. The results were not as great as I would have hoped; it might have just been the effect of the material that they treat. Two employees came out and it took them about an hour or two to complete. I wished I would have called the company and asked if they could give me an estimate of what they could do and what the turnout would be, before I would have purchased the deal.
