Description of Work: CSI-Absolute Clean restored the marble top of a double vanity. The project was tricky as there were rust stains in the area of the old faucets. Cesar, one of the company owners came to give me an estimate. He explained what the polishing would be able to accomplish. He made it clear that the rust stains would not come off 100% but he said the appearance would be greatly improved. Cesar was right. The vanity looked great when Deivis the technician was finished.

Description of Work: Cleaning and sealing of natural stone tiles. They did an excellent job.

Description of Work: Because of failing floor issues, of which I am in dispute with the establishment where I purchased the materials, I have not yet used CSI. The company was so kind to tell me to take care of my dispute and call them when I am ready to have my grout cleaned. I intend on setting up an appointment real soon. To date I would give CSI AAA+ for being so patient with me.

Description of Work: Tiles and grout were cleaned in 2 small bathrooms. They did an impressive job - communication with them was very easy and efficient, arrangements for scheduling went very well, and the job was done in the time period we were told it would be. Impressive.

Description of Work: My granite was restored to glossier version. I had used bleach wipes on the surface in error and wore off the original finish. It looks almost new without a total refinish. They were professional and punctual. Would refer to clients and friends.

Description of Work: They got backed up at an earlier job but called to let us know -- very professional! -- and we reset the time later the same day and they were on time then.

Description of Work: Bathroom caulking and Grout Restoration. CSI cleaned one shower stall and removed caulk that was moldy. Another bathroom had loose tiles which was a bit more serious of a job to refurbish. They discussed the scope of the work and confirmed price before proceeding. When job was completed, the final cost was less than the quote.

Description of Work: My kitchen and bathroom tile and grout were cleaned and sealed. They arrived on time, and took care to cover my hardwood floors. My grout and tile hadn't been cleaned in 12 years, and was never sealed. They made it look great. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: CSI restored some title and grout in our bathroom and restored our marble counter tops. I thought the workers were very professional and courteous. | |The bathroom caulking and re-grouting was fine, but not great. The marble work, however, was very well done. I would use them again for the stone work, but might go elsewhere for caulking.

Description of Work: I used a coupon for 3 hrs caulking, grout restoration. Two of their staff showed up right on time, and completed the work I wanted done within the 1.5 hr time frame. |They also provided me with an estimate for marble restoration work that I will have them do later this year.

Description of Work: I purchased 3 hours of recaulking for $99. Goal was to get through 3 bathrooms. Worker was professional, but felt like he worked at a snail's pace, and since I paid for his time (not the completion of the job), I was left with the feeling that he was stalling for more time or to come back and finish job at a higher rate. Should it really take 2 hours to remove caulk from one shower?

Description of Work: Needed to get some caulking done ahead of a paint job on the bathroom. Very inexpensive. Happy I didn't have to do it myself, two guys in and out, would have take me all day. Very neat and efficient.

Description of Work: I bought the $99 deal of the day from Angie's List for 3 hours of caulking/grout help. The whole experience was great. They worked with scheduling with me, Cesar did a great job with communication before. The two guys that came out to do the job were very polite and professional and the work was well done. May also bring them back to do a cleaning of our sectional couch.
