Job was performed well

Things went very smoothly. I was able to schedule the date I wanted with no problems, the team that came out took care of removing the furniture from the room to be done- a three season room with slate tile. The end result was fantastic. The floor was in desperate need of a thorough cleaning and the sealant made a big difference in the overall appearance.

Due to the chaos of a family situation, I completely forgot the first appointment. Their response was most gracious & understanding. When the workmen arrived, on time, for the rescheduled appointment, they first discussed the details of the job. That's when I discovered my misunderstanding. They do not regrout, which was the main reason I took the offer! I must have read between the lines. MY mistake, not theirs. They steam cleaned the whole tub & tiled area, & the toilet too. The workmen were very pleasant & left the area spotless.

CSI-Absolute Clean Inc. did not give us what we thought we were getting. When they left, everything was still wet, so when it dried, we could see that it wasn't cleaned evenly. Their equipment was too big, so a portion of the shower, they couldn't get into, because of the way their equipment was slanted. They didn't have smaller equipment that could get into smaller areas. They did a great job doing some other stuff while they were here, including steam cleaning the carpets and stuff, but I don't know if we misunderstood what we were going to get, versus what we got, but it's not something that we were pleased with. They were very good with the carpet cleaning and they left me with a spot remover treatment thing that I actually used somewhere else, that worked great, better than anything in the stores. So, that part was great. We also thought that there was going to be some grout repair, but it wasn't. It was more just cleaning it and it was not evenly cleaned. In some respects, I thought it looked a little worse than before. Now, instead of it all being dirty at one time, I'm like, no, this isn't what we should have done. But to give them the benefit of the doubt, it was hard for them to see that before they left, because it was still wet.

I couldn't be happier with the service I was provided. I've definitely had my experiences with service men and I have to admit , I never thought I would ever receive the level of quality and professionalism that I received from these group of guys. I asked if I could get an in-home estimate. My request was promptly obliged. Cesar was the guy that came to my home. After conferring with him, I felt secure in knowing that these guys know what they're doing. I scheduled. Just as promised, the team leader for the day was David. He called me 20 minutes or so to let me know that they were on their way. I showed them the working area and he began to do some kind of testing. He said it helps him better assess the condition of the floor and tells him what chemicals he needs to use to produce a great result. Yea, I was skeptical now. 4 Hours later, the floor looked GREAT! I think David's helper was Christian. They were both very professional and as kind as can be. I received a call about 2 days later from Cesar just to ask how my experience went . I will use CSI over and over again and refer them to everyone I know. My experience was great!!

Good, Polite, timely, and willing to get the job done correctly.

I called CSI-Absolute Clean and booked them to clean the grout in our natural stone shower enclosure. A few minutes after I did, my husband reminded me that we also have some cracked grout in the shower that needs repair. I called Cesar back right away to ask if they did grout repair. He was honest and upfront and let me know that their technicians did not. I felt really bad about canceling my appointment because Cesar was such a nice guy, but he was very understanding. I really appreciated his professionalism, and I will certainly call him with any future cleaning needs.

The worker came, looked at the floors, and then went back to bring the proper stripping agent for Jerusalem stone. he then worked on his knees for most of the day, scrubbing very dirty grouts and getting the floors looking brilliant. I could not be happier with the service. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

It was good. They were able to get the tiles cleaned up. They were very accommodating; he cleaned until I was satisfied with the level until he told me he couldn't clean it anymore.

I've only used them once. They did a good job. At first they were not thorough so they had to come back. Then they did a much better job. The price was medium. They gave me a discount because they didn't do a good job the first time. They were late both times.

Absolutely excellent, from beginning to end. At first two guys came, researched what kind of cleaning to do for travertine (Jerusalem Stone) and how to do it. They made phone calls and then went to bring equipment that will be best for my floors. They returned after an hour and one guy, Dievis, worked for the whole day and did a very thorough and detailed job. he was very pleasant, and responded to all my requests with a smile. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I was a tad fearful that things might not go well when no one showed up for 25 minutes after the agreed-upon start time, but Harvey, the floor technician, was very apologetic and believe me, he made up for it. He got right to work, asked questions and was completely professional. Cesar, one of the owners I believe, showed up himself within a few minutes, saying he wanted to check out the job and to make sure everything went smoothly. The tiles in my kitchen are very nice French terra-cotta ceramic, but they are unglazed and even tho we try hard to keep them as clean as we can, over the years they've picked up some staining since they're porous and the grout, especially, has been fairly difficult to clean. Once Cesar got the lay of the land, he pitched right in and helped Harvey with the initial cleaning portion of the separate eat-in area of the kitchen. After some discussion, I also opted to go for the extra service of vapor steam cleaning of the grout (40¢/sq. ft.). Long story short(er), Harvey worked long and hard to clean both tile and grout and did a great job. Unfortunately, once he put the sealer on, there were a few problems once it dried with pooling and residual staining, so I had to call Cesar to let him know. He took care of it quickly, sending Harvey back to fix the issues. Really long day for Harvey but he couldn't have been nicer. They also left me with a bottle of spot cleaner for upholstery and fabric and a bottle of their tile cleaner. Also decided to have them clean my living room couch. Davies the technician arrived, was very professional, explained what he was going to do and it was basically fine. I wasn't totally happy with final result because I ended up finding a bunch of dog hair under one arm and on one side and my hand came up a bit 'unclean' when I rubbed it across fabric on that one side, but really was a minor complaint so overall, it came out fine. I would absolutely recommend these guys; they clearly want to make sure their clients are satisfied.

They showed up promptly and were very pleasant. I asked them to regrout my granite counter top and he said that someone else did that and he would have them call me. They never called. Pretty disappointing.

The gentlemen were very professional and went over the tiles several times to get the best possible result. We had a few issues that were associated with the tiles and grout themselves that were making the job difficult but overall I am very happy with the results.

The tile in our master bad was beginning to deteriorate (I had no idea it would need to be sealed to protect it) I guess I had never lived somewhere long enough that that was necessary. Anyway I didn't know what I could/should do and was considering replacing the tile completely. That was going to cost an arm and a leg. I ended up finding CSI-Absolute Clean Inc and they were amazing. They were able to come by, give me an estimate, and provide me with a recommendation that would bring the shower. The results were awesome and the next thing I am going to do is have the floor polished in all of our bathrooms and use them for a rental property we have. Their pricing is very reasonable and they were just as they described in the company description. No b.s. and fair.

CSI was contacted again after they initially had cleaned my kitchen and bathroom floor. This time around, I wanted them to resurface my marble vanity, shower walls and floor located in my master bedroom. I received a courtesy call upon arriving at my home and they stated that they were ready to start the job. They patiently waited until I was ready to receive them. Upon entering into my home, shoe covers and gloves were placed on, which again displayed how respectful they were within the home. I was thoroughly educated on how, why, and what to do in order to prevent resurfacing of these areas to occur again. I learned so much on how to maintain marble and other natural stones. I was completely impressed on how well my counter, shower and floor looked! It was as if it was brand new!

After the cleaning was provided, I did a walk through with them and was completely satisfied and thrilled that they had done such a great job! I, myself, was not sure that the grout could have been cleaned but I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied on how well they were able to clean it! All of their technicians were very professional, well groomed and dressed, as well as having the appropriate I.D. badges on. The end result was fabulous! They did a wonderful job, but most importantly, the customer services they provided was greatly appreciated and outstanding! As a mother with children present in my home, I felt completely safe having these professional men providing me exceptional service!

My overall experience was wonderful the room and surronding area was left cleaner then when they started. They even came into my home with shoe covers on their feet.

Used CSI again and was thrilled. They delivered amazing service yet again! Used them at my rental unit, where the floors were shot from tenants usage. They resurfaced the floors in the living/dining room (high traffic areas) and master bedroom. Again their service was impeccable and highly professional. Everything was explained and gave me additional information on prevention. They also resurfaced my marble vanity and shower walls as well. Again, they gave me great information on how to maintain the marble and other natural stones. Everything looks brand new! I am very happy and will definitely used them again and again!

Due to tenants, my rental unit was filthy! I called CSI to clean my ceramic tile and grout for the bathroom and kitchen. They gave me a complete estimate and explained their services...so I knew exactly what to expect. Before they arrived, they called me to let me know they were outside and told me "no rush", but to just let them know when I would be ready to have them start. They used shoe covers and gloves upon entering and laid down protective tarps for the floors. They again, explained what they would be doing and also made sure I understood the trouble areas may not come out 100%, but I would rather them be honest right off the bat. They were very thorough; first thing I noticed was how meticulous they were. In the end, CSI is very thorough, neat and meticulous. I was definitely impressed with the end-product! They are professional, polite and have great customer service by answering all my questions before/during/after the services. They did a fabulous job at a great price!

Cesar and his crew have done carpet cleaning and tile cleaning several times, he is competitive with with his pricing, and Cesar and his employees are very professional and on time. I own an apartment building in Wrigleyville, and he has come through for me several times. I would use him over and over again, Cesar really cares about his business and the work that he does, and makes the customer feel like a first class customer.

He does a very nice job, because he feels he is personaly liable for the job he performs. Takes pride in a job well done
