Description of Work: I purchased a home that needed extreme cleaning. The house was 1 step away from being a foreclosure. The home was vacant for 1 yea and is greater than 4000sq/ft. It has hardwood floors throughout the first floor, granite counter tops in the kitchen, marble and granite countertops in all the bathrooms, carpet on the second floor. I needed a company that could clean my house to NEW like conditions prior to my move in date. CSI was able to provide excellent customer service and complete the job in 1 day. They had a 5 man crew cleaning and disinfecting every surface of my home. The hardwood floors were cleaned and treated with a clear lament. All of the granite countertops were cleaned, polished and sealed. The upstair carpets were shampooed and vacuumed. All the windows in the home were washed and cleaned as well as all the bathrooms. At the end of the day the house was completely spotless. It had that new house smell. I couldn't believe it was the same dirty, dusty, spider web infested home. I would recommend CSI for any cleaning job small or large.

Description of Work: I was referred to CSI-Absolute Clean by a friend, I used them to clean and polish my limestone floor. I was not sure what options I had for my floor, so I called CSI and they came in to give my floor an assessment. Cesar came out to my home, he was super polite and knowledgable. He provided me with a very thorough description of the service, and taught me a lot about my flooring, and how to maintain it. My floor is roughly 1200 square feet, to replace it would have cost me 4 times the amount of restoring/resurfacing it. I did not realize this can be done. I have 2 kids and a dog, and they really put a lot of wear on my floor. Cesar and his team came in to do the service, they were very professional, organized, neat, and I really appreciated how careful they were with my stuff. These guys are good! They even wore shoe covers. My floor came out beautiful! I initially thought they were a little pricey, but the value and service I received was well worth it. Thank you Cesar and CSI team, you guys are now my one stop shop for all my cleaning needs.

Description of Work: Cesar Reyes and CSI carpet cleaning and natural stone cleaning and restoration worked on a vintage high end apartment building in Wrigleyville, I have a double foyer in the the hallway entranceway of this building with a mosaic marble material with lots of great colors that was built originally in the 1870's. I've owned the building for 20 years now, I always wanted to clean, seal, and polish my front foyer tile, but was always nervous about who was going the work because the job so intricate for such an old fine material. After I initially called Cesar, we discussed my job and how he would approach the job with his company and knowledge. First of all he put my mind at ease with talking with him on the phone, then he e-mailed me pictures of previous jobs that were somewhat similar to my job, and he turned me to his website to show myself what he's done in the past with this type of mosaic marble material from around 140 years ago. After the job was completed I was extremely happy I went with Cesar Reyes and his company, CSI-Absolute Clean, my front hallway foyer hall came out beautiful and brought out all the vibrant colors in the floor. The floor practically looks like new now, he also set me up for maintenance of the flooring, and what to do and what not to do for every month maintenance. At the same time I used his carpet cleaning services in the apartment building hallway, he also did a great job of cleaning the hallway carpeting, and now I use him on the a regular for cleaning and maintaining my hallway carpets, as well as any apartment carpeting, Cesar Reyes and CSI Carpet Cleaning and Natural Stone Cleaning Services is now my one stop shop for my needs and wants in these areas, he does a great job, and is reasonable and fair about what he charges in pricing $$$.
