They came out to repair the door on the same day I made the call. The service technicians were professional and friendly and called before they arrived. They knew immediately what needed to be replaced and had the spare part even though my garage door opener is extremely old and out-dated. I was very happy with the service and their professionalism. The price was more than I was expecting, but was cheaper than a new opener.

A service man came out to assess the situation, and he had to order some parts before he could proceed further. He gave me an accurate price estimate, and he returned the next day to install the new parts. As mentioned, he charged me what he put on the estimate, and he was very professional. I get the sense that this company cares about customer service. I will use them in the future.

The work performed was as promised, the installers arrived on time and completed the work in the time estimated. They cleaned up after themselves and cut the old door into small pieces so that the garbage truck crew would take it, which they did.

Josh arrived early, programmed the remotes and the button panel within minutes. I was very pleased, because I also asked several questions about remote controls problems I had had in the past, and he answered them all.

Excellent experience! Eric came to our house the day we called (met us after work). After he figured out what needed to be done, he called his office and found out they were booked for at least a day, so he did the work on the spot (starting around 6:30 p.m.). One of the door's motion sensors had water damage, and instead of replacing both sensors, he offered to test a spare he had (and charge us half of what it would cost to replace both). He was very professional, and the work was done in a timely manner. Would definitely hire them in the future.

Great experience from beginning to end. I would call them back if I need to replace door and/or opener. I highly recommend them. They even called a few minutes before my 2 hour service window to let me know when they would be here.

Crystal Door called first thing in the morning on Monday, and apologized for not getting back to me on Sunday when I left the message, which was not an issue. Representative from Crystal Door gave a narrow window of availability (which was appreciated) the same day and showed up on time. They did the repair and without prompting looked into improving the performance of the door by adjusting the weight. There was a slight issue with the adjustment (not through any fault of theirs, the grooves on the door which indicate how far to extend the springs were worn so the repairman did tell me he was making an educated guess). When we experienced slight issues with the repair they tried to help us over the phone, then sent the repairman back to resolve it promptly at no charge. The door has had zero issues(and functions smoother due to the weight adjustment) since then. This will add to the longevity of the door opener. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Excellent - Contacted them on a Saturday. They made an appointment for a Tuesday. I asked if possible, they would still fit me in on a Saturday. They called back an hour later and did. They could have replaced the works (door, track, opener) for $1000 for a 2 car garage - which is more reasonable than most. But repairs were all that were needed. If I would have replaced the motor myself, the part alone would cost more than the service call and repair they did. I noticed that he took the extra effort to tweak the track to reduce the chance of near term failure as well.

The large spring on my overhead garage door snapped. I called Crystal and they told me to leave my side door open so that they could get in while I was at work. They called me and gave me the estimate to replace the needed parts.

JOE CAME OUT ON TIME A FEW HOURS AFTER THE CALL. HE REALLY KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING, AND HAD THE DOOR OPERATING VERY QUICKLY. WHEN A DIFFERENT PROBLEM SHOWED UP A COUPLE DAYS LATER, ERIC CAME OUT IMMEDIATELY AND REPLACED THE ROLLERS IN A COUPLE MINUTES AND ONLY CHARGED A FEW DOLLARS FOR THE PARTS. I THOUGHT I WOULD BE TOLD I NEEDED A NEW DOOR AND OPENER. IT IS 30 YEARS OLD.

THEY GOT OUR ADDRESS WRONG, BUT MANAGED TO MAKE IT AT THE VERY END OF THE 4 HOUR WINDOW THEY HAD GIVEN THEMSELVES TO GET TO US. OTHER THAN THIS MINOR ISSUE, THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL.

GOOD EXPERIENCE. GLAD IT IS WORKING, AND BETTER! THEY WERE A LITTLE LATE TO THE FIRST APPOINTMENT, BUT CALLED TO SAY WHEN THEY WERE COMING.

WORK WAS DONE PROMPTLY; CHARGED VISIT FEE FOR WHAT TURNED OUT TO BE VERY MINOR WORK, BUT THAT'S TO BE EXPECTED. TECHNICIAN WAS POLITE, BUT NOT NECESSARILY FRIENDLY.

CRYSTAL CAME OUT QUICKLY AND THE SERVICEMAN WAS REALLY NICE, BUT DIDN'T DO A GREAT JOB. DOOR BROKE AGAIN SEVERAL WEEKS LATER AND THEY HAD TO COME BACK OUT. DOOR HAS RAISED AND LOWERED SLIGHTLY OFF-KILTER EVER SINCE. LESS THAN 1 YEAR LATER THE DOOR BROKE AGAIN AND WE DECIDED TO GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY WHO FIXED IT AND DID A GREAT JOB. THE OTHER COMPANY ALSO MENTIONED THAT 'WHOEVER WAS MAINTAINING THE DOOR' WAS USING OUTDATED TECHNIQUES. AFTER SPENDING ALMOST $300, BETWEEN TWO COMPANIES, WE WILL PROBABLY NOT CALL CRYSTAL AGAIN TO REPAIR OUR DOOR.

I FOUND THE BROKEN CABLE EARLY ON SUPER BOWL SUNDAY. MY CAR WAS TRAPPED IN THE GARAGE AND I COULD NOT MISS WORK ON MONDAY. I CALLED CRYSTAL, TALKED WITH A PERSON WHO ASSURED ME THAT RESIDENTIAL EMERGENCY SERVICE WAS AVAILABLE. WITHIN 2 HOURS, SOMEONE WAS AT MY HOME. I DECIDED TO HAVE CABLES/RELATED ''GEARS'' ON BOTH SIDES REPLACED EVEN THOUGH ONLY ONE WAS BROKEN. THE PEOPLE WHO CAME WERE FRIENDLY, INFORMATIVE AND DID THE JOB WITHIN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME. THOUGH THE EMERGENCY SERVICE CHARGE WAS $150.00 (WHICH I WAS TOLD IN ADVANCE WHEN I CALLED) BOTH SETS OF CABLES AND ''GEARS'' WAS $90..00. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
