Crystal Overhead Doors was prompt and handled the repair quickly. The tech was efficient and paid attention to the details. These guys have never let me down.

I emailed Crystal Overhead jpgs of my broken torsion springs. They very quickly responded to my email. They were able to send a tech the next day. Gerardo arrived when he said he would. He had the springs I needed. He knew exactly how to replace them. He is a professional ! It was a pleasure watching him work. He answered the questions I asked. He was polite. It has worked properly , without adjustments, since he replaced the springs on Aug 4. I used a $25 Angie's List coupon.

This is the 3rd or 4th time over the years that I have used this company. They are always prompt, professional and do a great job.

Crystal is AWESOME. Mary, in Crystal's office, responded to my SOS call from out of state and actually cared about my problem. Scheduled a visit for the next DAY (the others told me it would be a 5-day wait). Technician Mark couldn't have been more polite, showed me how the other company had miswired the system and had failed to change a battery on the garage control pad, had failed to grease on their maintenance. I was ready to spend hundreds to just replace a jinxed system and Mark got it done without replacing equipment that I would have bought. I am so, so grateful for their helpfulness and honesty!!

They had to come on two visits. They are very good. They came out pretty quickly. I was happy with them all the way around. I like the fact that the guy who worked on my door, he has been with the outfit for nineteen years. If he is happy to stay there that long, that says something. He has been working on garage door openers a long time, and can get down to the bottom of things quickly. So, I called their dispatcher and office, and they told me when the repair person would be out. They came out exactly within that window. They came within thirty to forty minutes of the window. the guy was experience, and knew what he was talking about. He was a nice guy, and explained the options were. He took care of it in an timely manner. It was very good. They left no mess. That is important to me. We had contractors come in and leave an mess. That bothered me.

Came out in less than 24 hours. Very efficient and friendly.

For most part fine. The garage door was noisy and after servicing and replacement of the rollers (part of the package purchased from Angie's list) it wasn't as noisy. A few days after the servicing the door stopped closing - they promptly sent someone out to investigate it and fix it. The issue was unrelated to the service and I was charged an additional fee. I agree that the service did not cause the problem but was disappointed that they didn't catch the issue during the service as the symptoms that caused them to diagnose the problem were all existing at the time of the original checkup.

The technician, Tony said everything was still good and right now didn't need to replace anything. I appreciated his honesty in not trying to sell me something I didn't need. I will definitely call Crystal in the future for all my garage repairs and replacement of the door.

Crystal was the only firm I called from Angie's List that showed up on time for the estimate. They provided a quote on the spot with a confirmation via email. I was able to schedule an appointment based on my availability. The day the door was replaced the same technician that provided the estimate showed up to do the work. They were efficient and through, taking the time to answer my questions along the way. So far I am very happy with the result. Yes, I would hire this firm again.

Great. I called and an hour later Tony showed up and gave me my options. I decided to fix the door instead of replace it due to cost. He was courteous and understood I didn't want a new door. He replaced both cables, straightened the door (it bent when the cable broke and went off track) the track and lubed the various moving parts. He originally quoted $360. It ended up being $180 less the $25 coupon I printed from Angies List. $155!!!! Wow. I have used them before and they have always been great. No hard sells.

Great. They were able to come out the next day. The gentleman that came over to do the work was punctual and professional. Wonderful customer service in the scheduling office as well.

Called Monday morning and he said they could be there between 8 and 9 the next day. At 8:20 I got a call saying they were 15 minutes away. He arrived in 15 minutes - told me what the problem was and he was able to fix it in 20 minutes. It could not have been easier. At some point I will have to replace my 17 year old garage door opener but in the short term I am all set.

Our garage door wouldn't open. Tom came out within a few hours of my call and quickly discovered the problem - a plastic gear had worn out. He had the part and had the garage door working again in no time. And, lucky for me, I was able to use the coupon posted on the Angie's List website for $25 off.

Was quick and easy. My one complaint would be that they didn't have a light bulb to put in the new unit. These sorts of small tasks always seem monumental for me as a new mom, so that was a drag. However, I was thrilled I could purchase an extra remote, even if it was something like $40-60.

My garage door opener stopped working on a Saturday so I called 2 garage door companies listed on Angie's list. Eric from Crystal Overhead Door called me back and asked me to describe the problem. He then gave me some tips on how to fix it myself without needing a service call. Didn't work at first so I called him again and he called me back again with more tips, which worked! Door is now open. Remote working perfectly. Very grateful and will certainly call this company again if we need garage door servicing.

Great: quick, prompt, autonomous. I'm an absentee landlord, so it's nice when people can go make things work without being escorted, and are willing to take payment over the phone, work with tenants, etc.
