They were in and out in about 5 mminutes. I did not think that the check-up was worth what Ipaid for it.

I called Crystal Overhead Door, Inc late morning to see if a repairman could come out to service my door as early as possible. My call was handled very professionally and a repairman was at my door less than 4 hours later. He fixed the spring in under an hour. This is by far the best garage door company I have ever used. Great customer service, great professional results!

They were polite and professional over the phone making the appointment and the guy that came out to do the work was the same. Very happy customer!!!

I live approximately 50 miles away from their office but they assured me that they do provide services in my area! They took my scheduling availability into account and their service technician, Joel, arrived promptly at the designated time. I had a few questions about the possible need for additional door work and after examining both doors, Joel gave me, what I felt was an honest evaluation. He actually felt that the door I was concerned about, was in good condition and not in need of work at this time. He went to work on the other garage door I had initially called about and now that door is so quiet when it opens and closes that the dog doesn't bark! I would definitely recommend this company!

After writing my review a few weeks ago, I was contacted buy the owner to make it right and he did. Today the same young man who was suppose to put up my key pad 2 years ago came out today and put it up. Very professional.

I was initially surprised at the cost of a new garage door - standard two-car garage, insulated steel door, so shopped with a competitor. I thought Costco's garage door service would be a good comparison, though they took most of a week to set up an appointment, and another week to come onsite, so I pressed them (Costco) for a phone quote, which was actually higher than Crystal. Crystal further reduced their original $1090.00 quote by another $100.00, honoring a competitor's Angie's List coupon. Maybe not the cheapest in Chicagoland, but responsive, quality service, transparency and honesty with pricing and product options. Great experience overall - I'd highly recommend them!

I messed up the garage door by trying to open the door while it had a lock on it. This mangled the door and I couldn't get cat out.
