It turned out perfect. He came out next morning because I couldn't lift the door, it is a wood door and I literally can't lift that. He got out there quickly. He is prompt, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable. I would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Crystal Overhead Door Inc big deal purchase in May. The problem was that I needed a new motor so he had to install it and of course that was above big deal amount, if it is not for Angie's deal it would have been more.

The repairman arrived on time. I thought I needed a new garage door opener, but the repairman insisted that I only needed the wire replaced. I really appreciated that he did not try to install or talk me into anything I did not need. He was quick and efficient less than 20 minutes and the job was done. I definitely recommend Crystal Overhead Door Inc if you need a reliable repair service,

Tom did a great job. He asked a few questions and narrowed down the possible causes of the existing problem within minutes. He then went about making the changes/repairs and the door/opener works great. It was a good overall experience and I recommend you ask for Crystal and Tom.

No hassle overhaul of the garage door, making it work properly. While he was here, he even took a look at the neighbor's door and gave him a free estimate. Very nice man, arrived on time, got it done and went on to the next job! I would definitely use them again!

Tom is above and beyond what we could ask for. Professional, very prompt, so nice, and clearly explained everything that happened and how he fixed it. He is a fantastic person with excellent customer service. A pleasant surprise, your company is lucky to have someone like Tom. We are so thankful.
Description of Work: A spring broke. We called another company first, the grumpy man arrived, and the first thing he said was " I am paid by the hour so talking takes up time you know". He was priced way too high not even finishing but charging way too much. We called this company right away and Tom was here within 20 minutes completing the job wonderfully.

We called on Wednesday to schedule installation. Got an appointment for the next day. The service guy, Tom Campbell, was prompt and professional. He removed the old openers and installed new openers. When he was done he walked through all the opener operations with us, which were many. He took his time and made sure we understood. On top of all that, he cleaned up all the debris that resulted from the service.

The guy from Crystal Overhead Door repaired the door but it was still doing the same thing. He called me and told me what I needed to do and I went and did it and it took care of the problem. He could have sent a guy out and charged me. He just told me the solution over the phone instead which I think is pretty honest. He is very professional.

The spring broke early in the morning and I left a voicemail for them to call me. I got a call back around 8:30 AM and set up a 3:00 PM appointment. He came right on time The job lasted longer than anticipated because the serviceman Jason ran into some complications. However, he kept his cool and worked through the problem. Jason was friendly, personable and yet very professional. This is the second time I have used Crystal and the experience has been the same both times.

Purchased Big deal for Crystal Overhead Door Inc. The garage door was making a lot of noises. He did a complete check of the garage door and opener. Oiled the door and track, Installed bulbs in the opener and installed keyless entry pad. It was really nice that he took the time to sit down with me and explain everything in detail. Told me how to properly due yearly maintenance.

The whole company was a pleasure to deal with. Started with Tom (installer-salesperson) coming out and throughly going through all my choices with me and explaining everything to the nth degree. Then Eric (owner) really helping fine-tune my choices/colors/options to Rick (office) taking all my calls and answering questions. They did get behind with personnel issues for a few days/week and I did get a bit frustrated but I hung in and they redeemed. They really did an excellent job. Tom did a great installation. So professional and helpful and courteous and clean. I would HIGHLY recommend them. LOVE my new garage doors/openers. Only problem is they are now SO quiet I cant hear when the teenagers are coming home late !!!! :)

It went really well and I would hire them again.
Description of Work: My husband accidentally tried to back out our huge mini-van from the garage with the hatch open in the back. It completely cracked the wood piece at the top and ripped off the vinyl stripping that insulated the garage at the top. I called Crystal the very next day and they literally came out the same day free of charge to give me an estimate to get it fixed. Because of the way that the wood and vinyl stripping broke we decide that we needed to redo the entire stripping both wood and vinyl around the whole 2-car garage opening. They charged me for the materials which came to $120 and the labor/service call which was $80. Although I thought the price was steep I really think they did a fantastic job. It looks totally professional and not retro fitted like I expected it to look. I really do just love this company, they are utterly competent, professional and customer service oriented. Their prices are not cheap but for the most part they do the job right the first time and something can be said for that. Hire them!
