Steve came out on time and was very professional and helpful. He gave some tips on how to grease it and explained how to detect potential problems. Great experience overall.

Nice installer, not very prepared. Didn’t know what motor installation package I had purchased. Was going to install a lesser/older model. Had to dig out receipt to set him straight. I felt as though this person was a sub contractor for this door company.

They were incredibly responsive and professional. Would absolutely use them again!

The company came out that day and indicated that there was no way the door could be repaired. They said they may have panels available to replace so we didn’t have to buy a whole new door. They indicated the spring alone on the door would cost over $300 and if they did have the panels to fix it it would cost well over $1000. They told us they would call us back that afternoon to let us know which route we would have to take. They never called. We had another company come out. They repaired the door for a total of $375 including a new spring. 7 months later it is still running well

Called Crystal Overhead Door company at 7:00am on Monday morning, 29 January to have someone come out and fix my garage door. By 8:00am a technician called to let me know he was on his way, and by 8:20am he was working on the door. He replaced the top strut of my garage door, lubed the garage door parts, and tightened springs, and was finished by 9:00am. The technician was incredibly nice and professional and everything went very smoothly.

Arrived within promised time window. Installed as directed. New opener works well. Cleaned up properly.

I called shortly after 8am on Dec 26th. Michael arrived by about 9:40am. He checked the sensors, tested open/close, noticing hesitation. He explained that the extreme cold can prevent screw drives from lifting. He adjusted the pull, wiped away thick globs of grease, tested open/close, and it worked again. He recommended replacing the rollers as they were very worn. One of the rollers came apart, spilling bearings on the floor, and I could see that a few other rods were slightly bent on a few of them. After replacing the rollers and greasing the hinges, the door opened and closed much more quietly. Also replaced the dead light bulbs. One of the bulbs didn't light so he removed it, unplugged the lift motor, and used a screwdriver to pull the socket tab out a bit so that the bulb tip would make contact with the end of the socket. After replacing the bulb, both lights worked. My other garage door is a chain drive. Michael checked that and said it was fine. 10 new rollers = $100 service call = $80 30 minutes work in about 2 degrees above zero temperature!

I have a 100+ year old house with a carriage house that still had barn doors on it. I sent a message to Crystal Overhead Door Inc from Angie's Lists and got a a response right away. They said they could handle taking down the barn doors and putting up new doors with openers. They sent Mark out to give us an estimate who was really sharp and friendly. He said it will be a few days before I receive a quote. A few days later I received the quote and I ordered the garage doors. The installation was fast smooth and efficient. Doors worked perfectly even with the uneven concrete. Crystal Overhead Doors is one of the few places I worked with that actually did what they said they were going to do and for the price they were going to do it for. Great Company don't hesitate to use them and Mark the installer does great work. Overall a great experience.

Crystal answered right away and set an appointment the next day for the afternoon. They called to say the technician was nearby if we wanted the work done earlier, and had him call once he was here. He completed the work quickly and professionally. They were great to work with!

Mark showed up on time and addressed all of al the issues that was wrong with the garage door. explained on how to maintain and prevent new issues. He was very professional and knowledgable . We will difinently use them again.

Just have to add an update from 5/2013. This company continues to be amazing. Have had two issues that I have asked them to come fix quickly (not anything that they did wrong) and they have been there for me johnny-on-the-spot and always so kind !!!

Serviceman (Tom) had the part, fixed it in about 20 minutes, tested it and it worked perfectly.

It was Christmas Eve and the door would not close and they came out and did a great job.
