Crystal very doggedly helped me solve a long-time problem - my garage doors didn't want to open after dark! It took three visits over time; the technicians made modifications but this last time, they/I threw in the towel and Crystal installed new openers and everything works perfectly. What impressed me is that their first priority was to solve my problem WITHOUT me having to buy new equipment. They put me, the customer, first every step of the way. Great phone help, efficient scheduling, prompt/knowledgeable technicians. Couldn't be happier.

We had Crystal install our new door a few years ago. The wall mount was not working. I trouble-shot it & narrowed the problem to the wall mount or the wiring. While they were very busy, they got me scheduled in on a Saturday just a few days out. They called to give an approximate time of arrival; then called when they arrived to my detached garage. Victor was professional, courteous, & quick. He determined it was a defective wall mount, replaced it, & was done in under 10 minutes. No charge. Good for a company to take care of its customers.

It went excellent, they install my garage door and did a great job way back 2015. I called them again and provide a professional job. Rick in the office is very responsive and gives a top notch service.

Very well. We discovered that the old coil was broken and that we could not raise the garage door late one evening. We called Crystal when they opened the next morning, and they had a guy at our house by about noon. There are actually two coils on the door. While only one had failed, we had both.replaced because they were the same age, and the one still intact was nearing the end of its expected life as well. They did the job quickly, cleaned up well, and gave us some tips for keeping the whole door system (rollers, coils etc) working well and in good shape going forward.

Called these folks first thing in the morning and they scheduled a serviceman for 2 pm same day. Got a call from the tech at 1:30, he showed up at 1:50, took a quick look and diagnosed the problem in about 5 minutes. He had the necessary part, and the fix was accomplished in less than half an hour. So, experienced tech, prompt service, fair prices. These folks are my garage door guys from now on.

I had an emergency garage repair this morning and found them on Angie’s List. I called and left a message early in the morning and they called me back shortly after they opened. He sent someone immediately to drive an hour and fix my door. Victor arrived when expected and was super knowledgeable and professional. I also appreciated how patient he was answering my questions and wasn’t trying to upsale me on a completely new door that I don’t need right at this moment. I was stressed about missing work and not being able to close my garage and am so pleased with how I was treated as a customer. I would highly recommend them!

Mark was punctual, came out and completed the job when he said he would. It took a little over an hour. I am very happy with the new opener. My old one (Sear's) was at least 25 years old, and it groaned and shuddered every time it was used, and I had to help it lift the door. The new one works perfectly, is quiet, and has safety features the old one didn't. In addition, I downloaded an app that will tell me if the door is opened unexpectedly, and it also has a wireless keyless entry pad mounted outside the door. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again.
