I called the company regarding the garage issue. The office scheduled an appointment and told me there would be no charge for the technician to come out to the site and inspect the garage door. Before doing any work the technician would let me know the cost of the work that would be done. However, when the technician came out he said there was a $100 charge for him to come out to the site. This was their charge irrespective of whether any work was done or quoted. The office informed me during the time of scheduling the appointment that there will be no charge to come out and inspect the garage but the technician informed me that is $100 charge for coming out to the place. Miscommunication between the office and the technician.

Mike came over for the service, and found the issue with the door not being even straight away. A cable had rusted through and had come off 1 side of the mechanism. Mike estimate to repair was reasonable, so he did the repair straight away with minimal fuss. The garage door works great again. Thanks Mike!

Process went very smoothly. They scheduled at my convenience and came when they said they would. They replaced the rollers and checked the system over. Two days later, I had an issue w my garage door (TOTALLY NOT their fault) and they tried to send a crew over IMMEDIATELY which I really appreciated. It turned out I had inadvertently turned the power off in the garage so I called to cancel but appreciated their desire to make sure I was all good. Excellent experience overall and would use them again.

The repairman arrived on time. I already had the opener opened up myself to see what was wrong with it - the large gear inside had been worn out and needed to be replaced. That is what I saw when I looked, and the technician agreed that that was the problem. He replaced the part, and the garage door works great now. I would use this service again if my garage door were to break again.

They were here when they said they would be here and they did great work! I wish I had heard about them sooner.

They were excellent and I have recommended them to my neighbors. They were professional, on time, and had competitive pricing. We've never had any issues with them. They came out the next day. We rent out one of the spots to a tenant and she couldn't get her car out and he got out right away and fixed it. They explained everything to my wife and showed her what to do and not to do. They moved where the belt was farther down to reduce the angle. That did not help, they did come out again and oiled it, which also did not work. They came out a third time and moved the bracket, that final adjustment reduced the noise.

They called me back and let me know they are not in my service area without an additional charge. This was in the fine print of the deal which I failed to notice. I was not alerted of this when I when I bought the deal.

They came out on an emergency basis and did a real good job with putting things back together and coming back later to do some other parts. They're responsive. They'll get there and take care of things when you need it.

We called at 11 AM and they were able to squeeze us in for a Noon - 4 PM window. At 2 pm they arrived for the service call. Mike was able to reconnect and re tension the door system with out the need for any new parts. Thank you Crystal Overhead Garage Door for fitting us in last minute. We will call on them again next time our garage door decides to misbehave.

I purchased a deal from Angie's List for a $200 garage door spring replacement and safety inspection. I called and made the appointment for the upcoming Saturday 7:30am appointment. The technician called when we was 30 minutes away and showed up on time. He fixed the door with in 30 minutes, gave me a little info on my garage door and opener. The appointment was completed without issue.

I called them with an "emergency" - the door opener on my garage had broken and I was not able to get my car out. Though they were busy, they got someone out the same day. He was running a little early and called first to see if it was ok to come early - nice, courteous touch. The new opener was installed well and quickly. I'm happy to recommend them.

I bought the 50% off service call from Angie's List. They came out the very next day. Moses was extremely prompt - he was there at exactly the time he said he would be! He took one listen to the malfunctioning opener and knew exactly what was wrong. He fixed it, showed me the old part. Even though he estimated the opener to be 18 (!) years old, there was absolutely NO pressure to replace the entire thing. He then showed me a couple maintenance tips and was on his way. Will definitely use them again if needed!
