I called Rick to describe a problem I had with my garage door. He told me that although he's happy to take my money and come out and see me, he instead suggested a do-it-yourself solution that cost nothing. He said to try it and if it doesn't work, call him back and he will come out. It speaks to his knowledge and expertise that the solution he suggested fixed the problem. Other providers were more than happy to schedule an appointment without even fully listening to what the problem is. His honesty and expertise wow'ed me. Although I didn't pay him this time to fix my problem, I know that in the future if I ever come across a garage problem, I will be calling him. He earned my trust.

Our garage door opener was not working properly in the middle of winter. We weren't exactly sure what the problem was so I started calling a couple of vendors from Angie's List. Crystal was very easy to talk to and had availability to come out the next morning for a free estimate and evaluate what would need to be done. After my husband made the appointment, I called them back to inquire about their Angie's list deals to see if they had an idea as to whether I could purchase one that would cover our issue. They helped guide me with the selection which also saved me money in the end! The two men who came out were professional and nice. They asked me to mention their names, but I can't find the paper I wrote with their names on it. (Sorry.) They were prompt and quick. I was able to pay using their iPad, which was also fast and convenient. The company left a sticker next to our garage door opener button that is mounted on the wall of our garage. The sticker has the company information in case we ever need their services again. This didn't bother me (I actually find it useful when I've had good service with a vendor.) so I haven't checked to see if it's easily removable. However, I can see some people having an issue with this. Overall, I would definitely recommend them to neighbors and friends.

Arrived on time, introduced themselves, checked out the job and made me aware of the time and materials situation. They were honest, stuck to the clock, didn't dawdle or play games such as the upsell or the this is a lot worse than I thought, you're going to need a whole new ... these guys are great and you should use them without hesitation - this is my second experience with them because the first was so great (garage door sensors were not lining up and they fixed).

A cable broke in my garage door leaving the door half-open/half-closed. I called Crystal and they were able to come over very quickly. Jason was very professional and made the repair. My garage door was again in about an hour from the time I made the call to Crystal. I would definately recommend them and use them again.

They came out 2X since we were having trouble w/our openers but the openers functioned perfectly when they were here. Frustrating! They throughly checked all parts. They were very nice and gave me an estimate for replacing the openers & remotes; as our neighborhood undergoes new construction this summer, we may move forward with updating our equipment to avoid transmission problems. The 2nd visit, they oiled the springs which seemed to help.

This review is long overdue - it's been awhile since I've had my door serviced. I originally had a broken garage door spring which they came out and replaced. I ended up having issues with the opener itself. They made several service trips to try to make adjustments - at no cost due to the warranty on the previous work performed. It was finally determined that the opener was at the end of its life. Tom (if I recall correctly) alerted me to a deal they were offering through Angie's List which ended up getting me a better replacement opener for less than a lesser-quality opener would have cost without the deal. Every time I've contacted them they've impressed me with their responsiveness, punctuality, the quality of their work, and their professionalism. I don't hesitate to recommend them for any garage door needs.

Great company to work with. I called them up to replace an aging front door. They were at my house the next day or so and quickly after that, replaced the door. They did not try to oversell, the right door for the garage was chosen. Months later, the gears went out because they were over 20 years old - they were out within 24 hours to do the work. They are professional, gave great advice so that I was able to make the right decision without having to become an expert in the garage door field. Would use them again in the future - if need be.

The process was simple. Booked through Angie's List, and someone promptly came out to quote the job. The door was installed by the next week, and it works great. Recommend.

Doors look great. Since the 100+ old garage is a little settled and uneven, the guys worked hard to make the doors at least look level. Shortly after installation, we had a problem with the rubber trim curling. They responded quickly and fixed it. Knowledgable, nice and professional. I'd use them again.

The garage door would not open or close... The spring was broken and they replaced the spring.

The service provided was good. However, a few days after the parts were replaced/fixed, we had another related problem. They sent someone out right away who adjusted one of the parts that was replaced (the torsion spring) and that fixed the problem. The door has been working well since the repairs were done.

Coil came off and door wouldn't go up or down. Called at noon, Moises and Jason were here by 3 to fix the issue. Service was prompt, processional, and everything is back in proper working order.

Entire process was super smooth. Top quality company. Came out promptly for estimate and installation was very nice. Moises came out to the house and did a professional and great job. Will use Crystal Overhead Door in the future! Thanks.

Their service was excellent. They did a fine job and it's working well. We called them back once when we began to have a little problem with the motor and they were out right away to take care of it. The staffs were very nice. I thought the price was fair. The quality of work was very good,

I used crystal many years ago and had their phone number inside our garage that they placed when they serviced us years ago. So besides calling them and scheduling them because i really don't know many garage door companies and i remember being happy the last time, i googled them and saw their reviews on yelp so i felt good about having them come out again. moses was the guy who came out and couldn't be nicer. he fixed the problem in a timely manner and if i have a problem in the future would request him and hopefully be able to find this review to refresh my recollection of who came out.

Same day service with a smile. My tenants had to Uber it to work and I asked them to hurry and fix it. They got there on the same day. Very happy.

They came out and looked at it, and we discussed what needed to be done. We agreed on the day and time, and the installer returned. Everything went smoothly, and it was a great relief compared to the old one.
