Made an appointment with them through the site they gave me an appointment window between 12:30 pm - 4pm. They never showed up. I took a half day off work. I called twice and both times was told they were still coming. It's now 7pm and they still have not shown, called the office and it is closed. Wasted an entire day and my vacation time with this. Poor customer service, no follow up, I would avoid them.

Our garage door was not opening. We called them. The technician came within one hour and repaired and replaced springs. Very satisfied with them.

I bought a half-price garage door tune-up service, but wasn't able to request for a weekend appointment on the form; I added this comment when I made the purchase and they contacted me almost immediately to set up an appointment the following weekend. The technician called me when he was on his way and met me right when he said he'd be there (well within the app't window). He quickly figured out what the issues were (loose fasteners, lack of lubrication on the rollers, etc.) and took care of them efficiently and thoroughly. The door had been binding, particularly in cold weather, so it was very nice to know I wouldn't have to worry about it this winter. And, in fact, the door has been working great - smooth & quiet! Everyone I dealt with was very professional and courteous; I will not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to anyone!

Over the phone when asking and scheduling the appointment, they confirmed the service call will be only $40, 50% of the original $80. However, when the technician came onsite, he asked for $80. I called the company on the next day but this time they told I have to satisfy minimum $200 service charges in order to get that $40 check-up, which they never mentioned when during my first call with them for scheduling the appointment. I will never use this provider again for any other service.

I oddly enough have had my garage burnt down twice. Not by my fault but the neighbor's. I got an adjuster that was working with Crystal Door and they totally screwed us. We didn't get the money back. I complained to them and they never did anything to compensate me or even say, "We're sorry." They essentially were working with a guy that wasn't their employee. It was sort of like a partnership. They've got all sorts of great ratings for building garages. I picked them through Angie's List. It took like eight months to build my garage and my dog ran all over the neighborhood for months. They always sort of annoyed me. I called them a couple of times because I wanted to know the depreciation and why they never requested depreciation expense. Now I know that. But, the first time, I didn't know. They should have been advocating. I think that the guy was an idiot. They should have put someone else or they should have said, "Hey, we'll give you $500 for the money you lost because we sat down on the job." I left them some messages. They didn't even reply to me. I know they are 'A's for building garages. I was not happy with them. The garage they built was fine. Their customer service sucked. The structure was good but my experience with them was bad. It really shouldn't take that long to build a garage.

Rick was extremely communicative from the very first interaction. Once I explained the issue he diagnosed the problem over the phone and sent a Tech the very next day. He recommended we replace my existing opener, I opted for a cheaper repair - which (as he predicted) did not fix the issue. Even though his Tech had a wasted visit to undertake this unsuccessful repair he didn't charge me for the time. Rick took the time to explain all the different options and possibilities to me (and patiently dealt with my indecisiveness on which model to buy as I upsold myself against his advice!) Again a tech was sent the very next day. Install was quick, clean and efficient. Tech took time to walk me through the new product and answer any questions I had. Techs were all well dressed, extremely polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

I called Crystal Overhead Garage door and they came out the next day to fix our garage door that had gone off track. My husband and I were sure we would need a new one. An employee from Crystal came out to our home and was able to fix it in under an hour. He also greased the parts and the door is a s good as new.

Crystal Overhead Doors was great from the first call to arrange an estimate until the job was completed. The service professional was top notch: prompt and personable. He did more than I could have asked for. The extra tweaks saved me from having to replace the entire door. He did it all in under an hour. I was expecting to pay more than I did. What a nice surprise that they pointed me toward a coupon on the website.

I called Crystal Overhead Door the evening before the service needing to replace a broken spring. My car was trapped inside the garage so they bumped me to the first appointment for the next day. The service provider (I think his name was Tom) was here first thing in the morning, got to work, and was very professional. I would highly recommend this provider.

Late one afternoon the spring on my garage broke. I called and they were able to schedule someone to come out the next day. The technician replaced the springs and inspected the garage door. Everything went well. I used their coupon to get a discount on the job, $200 for a job that usually costs $300.

On time, professional, did everything quickly and as advertised.

It went well. They came as scheduled. Had to order a special piece. It took longer to get the piece then they thought but installed as soon as it was received.

Gerardo arrived when he said he would during his pre-call. He was able to adjust the hinges without using extra parts therefore saving me money. Then he installed a keypad on the outside of the door, showed me how to program it in case it ever loses the code, and made sure it worked. I'm planning on scheduling another call to setup the opener with my new car.

The new door is perfectly installed. Glad we have a modern light, door replacing a rotting wooden door. Easy to get scheduled and the materials and workmanship was excellent.

The service call went very well.

The work was good but a wire came lose about two months later. They left the area fine and they could have checked whatever went wrong with the wire because now there is a wire hanging form the door.

They were very professional and went above and beyond to make sure the work was done right. Definitely would use again!

The office was very responsive to my emergency as I was unable to get out of my garage. The two service technicians were hyper efficient and experts on the problem and replacing the springs.

They came out and did a fine job. We found another problem that needs to be fixed. It's going to be a little more expensive. They couldn't really solve the problem that I have because there's another problem affecting the door. It has to do with the garage wall. Overall, they were fine. They came and did what we hired them to do.

I contacted them through Angie's List and it was easy to set up an appointment. They were on time (within the four-hour window I had been given. They quickly assessed the problem and completed the repair within an hour's time. The guys were polite and explained everything clearly. The cost seemed like a lot, but we didn't get any other estimates so it might have been what anyone else would have charged to do the work. They provide a 2 year warranty, which I appreciated.
