PERFECT.
Description of Work: STEVE AND JASON FIRST CALLED TO SAY THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY TO MY HOUSE. THE SHOWED UP EXACTLY WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE. THEY QUICKLY GOT TO WORK ON REPLACING THE CABLE ON THE SIDE OF THE DOOR. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THEY COMPLETED THE JOB QUICKLY AND LUBRICATED THE HINGES. One of the major parts that will fail in a garage door is the torsion springs. They are constantly moving as the door lifts and closes. Lubrication will help them do it with ease. If this does not get done they will fail early in their lifespan. Thank you for the review.

Description of Work: Crystal Door responded almost immediately to my call and set up an appointment. The gentleman arrived on time and checked out the door and sensors. He moved the sensors so as to not be triggered by the sun, explained the need to keep them dust and spider web free. He then spayed chain, rollers, hinges and showed me general maintenance and adjusted the length of the chain. Very satisfied.

Sensors can be so sensitive that the sunlight shining in the garage can cause a glare and trick the sensor in to calculating an object is in the beam. Adjustments can be made to make them function correctly. Thank you for the review.

Description of Work: Crystal fixed our garage door motor and springs in 2008. I don't recall the price, but I was pleased with the price and with their work. Mike will be pleased with your thoughts. Rollers do sometimes fail and then your door will be a little off in it's operation. Another thing on rollers if you exchange them out for the nylon ones, they will be quieter than the all metal ones. Thank you for the review.

Another part on the Garage door opener to keep maintained is the light bulb socket. A little bit of socket grease can keep the corrosion from occurring especially since the socket is in a outdoor environment. So every time you change the bulb use the socket grease and it should keep the corrosion at bay. Thank you for the review.
