Description of Work: They replaced the outside key pad for my garage door. Also, I was able to purchase 2 new transponders and the gentleman programed them for me too. The gentleman was prompt and very polite and efficient. I also requested and received a quote on new garage doors. Very reasonable quote. Will definitely use them in the future.

Although we are a Lift Master dealer we work on any other operator or door. Safety sensors should be dusted delicately so as not to damage the lenses and to keep a spider web from causing interference with proper function of the door. Thank you for the review.

A good rule of thumb is to change your batteries out of remotes and keypads on an annual basis so you have optimal use. They are electronic parts so also keep them out of puddles so they do not short out. Thank you for the review.

Cables sometimes jump and cause the door to get stuck. Usually this occurs when the door has a sudden reversing movement. It is best to have the door stop and then press the door button again to reverse the motion. Thank you for the review.

Description of Work: I asked them to come out and look at my garage door opener that was old and not functioning properly. I asked if they could install a new garage door opener and he was able install that and explain all the new features in a little over an hour. Ask for Moses for the install.

Description of Work: Our garage door had gotten out of the tracks and we could only open and close it manually. It was a Friday morning and bad weather was predicted so we wanted to get it taken care of before the weekend. Crystal Overhead Door was extremely responsive and advised me that a technician could be over around noon or sooner. Sure enough, I received a call before noon. He quickly assessed and addressed the problem, and honored the Angie's List discount that was advertised on the web. We decided to buy an extra opener because the price for the service was so reasonable.
