Description of Work: They replaced two springs. We had purchased an Angie's deal for $200, a good savings. Then we replaced two lift cables and 4 pulleys. That was $190 more. We were very pleased. Mike was pleasant, efficient, and skillful. The door works better than it ever has. We highly recommend Crystal overhead Door.

Perfectly.

We installed in June 2014. Your technician was Mike. Annually you should check over the door and hardware to be sure nothing has begun to come loose after time and usage. Description of Work: I took the 50% off garage door service call/2293131 deal ($40) and called for service. Crystal responded immediately and was here within 1.5 hours. The estimate was for more than I realized and the technician mentioned they had a coupon for the work quoted. I then purchased another Big Deal #2293167 to cover garage door spring replacement $200. They were efficient and clean and very personable. Satisfied with work.

Bottom rubber to keep out the elements and with a tune up to boot. That was a special we were running. Your door should have a tune up done annually to keep it running smooth. Thank you for the review.

Description of Work: The cords on the handle of the overhead door had come undone and, due to materials stored in garage, I was unable to enter the side door. Being unable to enter the garage, I attempted to open the overhead myself and only succeeded in jamming the door about 5 inches open. I called about 11 in the morning and a door tech was out by one that afternoon. Within a hour or so, the door was fixed and working smoother and better then when installed.

Description of Work: Overall they did a nice job - now having seen what they do however I can simply do it myself...the guy who came out was at my place for 15-20 mins maximum and really just sprayed lubricant from an aerosol can and used some lithium grease for the joints. I asked to replace the rubber seal on the bottom of the door as it was slightly torn on one side, and the he said he could do it on the spot for $150. I thought that seemed a bit high for a piece of rubber that costs $35 at Home Depot...

They have seen this time after time again and can spot a problem a home owner might not even had noticed there was any problem. Another part on the Garage door opener to keep maintained is the light bulb socket. A little bit of socket grease can keep the corrosion from occurring especially since the socket is in a outdoor environment. So every time you change the bulb use the socket grease and it should keep the corrosion at bay. Thank you for the review.
