It didn't, and that didn't seem to bother them.
Description of Work: 1.0 star rating 6/16/2014 Be advised, they may not call you back even if you are having an emergency situation. I called them a little after 5PM on Friday, June 13, 2014 and requested immediate help. I called twice more on Friday evening, using both of the numbers they had listed to be sure they got the request. Today, June 16th, I finally got a return call at 3PM, and was treated rudely as I was informed that they were closed since my call and were now responding. When I checked their information and saw they do in fact show their hours as including Saturdays, I called the woman back. She said they have technicians on Saturday but no one checks for messages until Monday. Even with that consideration, 3PM is pretty late in the day to pick up messages. I then told her that they should have that information included on their web site, Yelp page, Angie's List page, and in their phone message, and she said she was just doing her job and that was the end of the call. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN, ALTHOUGH IN NOVEMBER OF 2012 THEY WERE GREAT. NO MORE!!!

Called the office on Monday afternoon at around 4 and a very polite gentleman explained what he thought was the problem and arranged a service call for first thing the following morning. The technician was also courteous and worked quickly to repair the issue. Great company with fair pricing, including the Angie's list 50% off of the service charge.

I typically don't write reviews unless I am "WOWED" or "Utterly Disappointed" with a provider. With that said, I called Crystal around 2:30 as my Craftsman opener stopped functioning properly. I was fully prepared to hire them but instead what I found was a very helpful team, particularly Rick, as he walked me through some troubleshooting steps which ultimately resolved the issue. He was patient and professional throughout the whole experience. In this day and age when it appears everyone is out to make a buck, it was refreshing to receive such Remarkable customer service! I would also like to mention that my conversation with Rick would not have occurred if it wasn't for the receptionist who took my call. She tried to assist but when it went beyond her level, she was kind enough to involve Rich. She was probably the most important factor in all of this as she was the gatekeeper! I didn't get her name but I hope she she's my review...THANK YOU!!!

Excellent. Showed up on time, walked me through my options and considerations, allowed me to decide what option I would choose. No pressure. All work done with a smile and they really knew what they were doing. After they left, had improved unit and you couldnt tell they had been there.

It was fine. They were supposed to put new rollers and stuff on my door but they said the rollers were alright so they put those wires because one popped once before and the whole garage came down. I had a deal from Angie's List, they came out immediately and did it. They worked for me before. It was excellent. Every time I've dealt with them, they've come out immediately and taken care of the business. They allowed me to make the appointment. They wanted to come sooner but I couldn't accommodate them. The gentleman who was fixing, he was telling me step by step what he was doing and why. There was nothing I didn't like because they came on time and did hat they were supposed to do. This is the second or third time that they've worked for me so I've called them back.
Description of Work: They put those new cords that rolls the garage door up and down. They changed them on both sides.

Fine. Thought it a bit strange when I walked away holding the bit of faulty cable, the repair man wanted it back though.
Description of Work: Work included in offer promptly done ( 10 new garage door rollers quickly replaced). Were told a cable wire also needed replacement, so we paid a bit more.
