Installer wasted no time. Finished the job and explained everything.

The garage gate repairman was on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He got the parts the next day and was able to complete the job before the end of the week. The price was reasonable too compared to companies that charge by the hour. Great referral!!!!!

I called on a Saturday and an appointment was made for the following Monday, with a four-hour window. As the window narrowed in the fourth hour, I was happy to receive a call from the employee coming out, explaining he would be there following a stop for an estimate. He called again to let me know he was on his way and arrived shortly after, finishing a cable repair job in under an hour. He also gave me a tip on getting the garage door motor to work more effectively, as the door had been sticking. We're very pleased with the job done and the overall professionalism. They were prompt, professional, pleasant and completely effective. They diagnosed the problem in seconds and within 20 minutes had the garage door opener repaired and adjusted. They cleaned up and were on their way. Would recommend these people to anyone. One anecdotal aside. My 2 year old son was �helping� watch the repair. At one point I had stepped out for a moment, my son�s boot came off and the Crystal Door representative helped him put it back on. Not a huge deal, but very thoughtful and courteous.

I was a little skeptical about using someone i found on the internet... But after talking with Eric he was very professional and knowledgeable! The first installer they sent out didn't do a great job! so I called him and explained and he had sent out a new crew to perfect the installation and now it is absolutly fantastic! It lokks great and I get see a bit of light through the inside of the garage and can't detect any air leaks or gaps!!! Sealed completely! Great job Crystal doors!!!

Our garage door cable snapped on a Sunday. It was very difficult ot find someone to repair our door. Our cars were in the garage and we had no way to get them out. Crystal door sent out a repair man and he arrived promptley and repaired ther door. We were very satisfied with his work.

Holiday weekend and we could not get our garage door up - Crystal Door called me within 5 min of completing this request and were able to help us that evening. We arranged for them to come out the following morning. Joey was very helpful and even found a bad repair from our previous contractor that could have been catastrophic. These will be our new go to guys for our garage!
