They took care of this job while I was out of town. they were quick to respond to my phone call and had a guy down on the job within a couple of hours. Communication on site was good and the problem was fixed quickly. They replaced the cable and said the opener was still working fine. The opener is 20 years old and they could’ve easily tried to sell me a new one. So they seem like an honest, no nonsense company. I will definitely use them again.
