Jack provided the estimate and did the cleaning for the outside of all my windows and storm doors. Unfortunately he only cleaned the glass and not the casing. I didn't realize he wouldn't clean the casings, so now I have clean windows with dirty white casings. I wished he had recommended or suggesting I get those cleaned as well. I would have gladly paid for the extra cleaning.

It went well. He did a thorough job. I'm pleased with the results except I felt the price was a bit steep.

Absolutely terrible. They did not do the work as advertised, caused damage to one of our windows, were sloppy and did not honor their coupon. Here is a list of what they did and did not do: Did not flush the gutters as promised on their web site. Left gutter debris around out house. Broke one window grid. Did not replace some other window grids. Did not replace some window screens. Did not accept my coupon. At the end of the job, Crystal Clear gave a bill for $260. I handed their guy a coupon for $40.00. Instead of subtracting $40, he only took $10 off.

My phone call was promptly and pleasantly answered and the job was scheduled about 10 days in advance. The technician was on time, did an excellent job, and removed his shoes when cleaning a couple windows from the inside of the house due to an unneighborly neighbor. I have used a couple window washers from Angie's List, but Crystal Clear gave us the best value and I was very happy with their service. I will use them permanently for window cleaning.

Crystal Clear Window Cleaning responded promptly to my phone call, but I found the written estimate that Andy gave us a little confusing. After some clarification over the phone, Andy agreed to throw in screen cleaning for free. The work was done as promised. Daniel called to ask if the crew could come early and we agreed. The windows sparkle, but it looks like the screens were not cleaned after all. Some of the storms and screens were not reinstalled correctly, but I am not sure all of them fit perfectly anymore. I was hoping the crew would do more to snap windows, screens and storms onto their tracks. The crew cleaned up reasonably well, but they left behind a bag of rags and a 4 inch razor (which we fortunately found before our toddler did).

They were able to schedule the job for the next day after my call. Arrived on time (actually a little early) and did the work quickly and efficiently. The price was very reasonable, since, as a bonus, they cleaned two attic windows as well. I will definitely call on them again. The whole house looks so much cleaner now that the windows are clean.

Appointment made weeks before - person called and said they will be late - when he came he gave all kinds of excuses for how long it will take to complete the job and that he was doing it all by himself etc. Essentially he was asking for a different date for it to be done.

Although he ran late for the appointment I made, the day after I called, he left a phone message apologizing and came the very next day. He also, warned me of storm windows closed wrong, letting in water.

The crew was punctual both in showing up to give us an estimate as well as showing up to do the window cleaning. They took their time and did a great job on windows that hadn't been cleaned in decades! I will definitely call them again.

MARTIN WAS ON TIME FOR APPOINTMENT. TOOK ABOUT THREE HOURS TO CLEAN ALL WINDOWS. HE TOOK OFF HIS SHOES IN THE HOUSE TO PREVENT GETTING DIRT ON CARPET. THE WINDOWS WERE CLEAN AND STREAK FREE. COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL.

THEY ARRIVED ON TIME, WERE VERY COURTEOUS, WORKED CAREFULLY BUT EFFICIENTLY AND FINISHED THE JOB IN ABOUT 30 MINUTES. THE WINDOWS WERE CLEAN AND STREAK FREE. THEY WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR, AND I MAY HAVE THEM DO THE INSIDES AS WELL.
