It went great. The one man crew was fast and professional. Very quiet and unobstusive. We have an 1892 Victorian with a lot of and a wide variety of windows and storms. He was able to clean all four sides of every sash and storm mostly from inside but he used a ladder on our art glass windows which do not open from inside but do have storms. He also pressure washed our patio very nicely.

The bill was exactly what was quoted. Great service, I would definately use them again.

They do very good work considering the intricate diamond muntins in my french casement windows. Very professional. I highly recommend them.

Had them out to clean all of my outside windows on my house. They were great. The crew was curtious, quiet and worked efficiently. They cleaned all windows, including the high up ones that I did not want to get on a ladder to clean. The windows look great and I will hire them again. We plan to use them once per year.

In general I'm happy with their service. Puncuality: Their guy arrived with-in 15 minutes of the first appointment. He had to come back two times on subsequent days. He arrived 30 mins late for the second appointment but called me to keep me updated about the traffic delay which I appreciate. Price: The actual cost was close to the revised estimate. One thing I was not happy about is the initial estimate. They had estimated for some scope of work different than what I had requested. They didn't include the cost for pressure washing the west side of the building despite me clearly mentioning that via phone and email. There were surprises on this on the morning of the work which I didn't like. I would have been more than happy to be home and help the estimator understand the scope if they had requested it. I would have preferred that over an estimate for an assumed scope. On the flip side, two things worth mentioning on this issue: (1) they took my constructive feedback very well (2) their guy gave a revised estimate on the morning of the work before the work started and we agreed to the revised estimate. Responsiveness: They are pretty responsive and are available for response by Email or phone. Personally Email is much better for me since I'm not always around to take phone calls due to me constantly being busy at work. I was happy to get timely responses to my Emails. Quality: Their guy missed few spots while cleaning during the first appointment. But upon my feedback, took care of it during the second appointment. so, I'm happy there. Professionalism: They were very courteous. I even received a call after the completion of work to make sure that I'm happy with their service.

He gave me an option of having my windows cleaned without a knife for scrapping spots ($170) or with a knife for scrapping spots ($220) and I chose the later, as it would provide the better outcome. As I expected he would have adequate ladders, I had not brought back our 16 foot extension ladder from our new home for use in getting on the roof. He did have a tall extension ladder for use with the front windows that needed cleaning from the outside, but didn't have a good ladder for getting on the roof. Being over six foot tall and adgile, he was able to scale the wall and get through the hatch to the roof from his five foot ladder, but I couldn't do the same to check on his gutter cleaning, which I would have preferred. I think the $70 minimum charge for gutter cleaning was too high, considering he spent not more than 15 minutes on the roof supposedly cleaning the gutter.

They were great. They came in with a crew and went right to work. They were friendly and did a beautiful job.

He arrived right on time, and did a great job at cleaning all my windows. I was very happy with the service.

They were quick with a quote, were the low bid, came within a week, and did a good job. Paid by credit card and never even saw them. Very easy.

Our gutters were full of leaves and iced over. We were due for a brief thaw so I called crystal clear to see if they could squeeze us in. They said they were over booked but would see what they could do. Sure enough, they showed up at the time we had requested and did a fantastic job. We've used them many times before for window washing and have never been dissappointed.

I actually started using Crystal Clear from a recommendation from my sister. I went to their website and checked out their prices and services. The website has everything clearly listed so I was able to give myself an estimate. I had approximately 20 windows washed inside and out. I did not have them do any extra screen cleaning or anything like that. Once I made my appointment I receive a phone call to confirm my appointment and the service man showed up on time. He was fast, efficient and I barely noticed him working in my house at all! It was amazing!! He did such a great job that I had him come to my work where I am the office manager and in charge of hiring vendors for this type of thing. The gentleman that came was again, fast, efficient, on time, polite and we barely noticed him working. My boss was so impressed that he had Crystal Clear come to his home too! Crystal Clear Window Washing is the only company I will use to wash windows wherever I need them washed!

I called Friday and scheduled the appointment for Tuesday. The worker showed up early, was very friendly, courteous and professional. He was finished with everything in about 2 hours. The windows are absolutely as clean as I've ever seen them. I've used this company once before and also had a wonderful experience with them.

They did a nice job cleaning the gutters. They showed up when they said they would. They were courteous, reliable, responsible and hard working.

They did an okay job but it was nothing special. The price was good and they were reliable. They came when they said they were going to come. They worked efficiently.

My experience with them was positive because they were on time and they were professional. It was a good price that was close to the estimate. Really nice guy actually.

Not well. They did not show for the first and second appointments. When we called or when they called, it was because of van trouble, rain, etc., but they did not alert me ahead of time. When they finally came there seemed to be confusion about the scope of work, but once we got that settled they seemed to do fine. After they left, however, I found several windows they missed and one window that the storm was not put back in correctly. I did not call to have them return since it was such a pain in the neck to get them here in the first place.

Called on Monday for estimate of window cleaning (decided not to do a phone estimate - that seems to be where problems arise). Estimator came on Tuesday at appointed time, was very professional and quick. Price quoted seemed reasonable compared to other estimates I had. Had appointment for Thursday morning for cleaning, young man arrived on time, was very polite, professional and quick - finished in approximately 3 hours. Would definitely recommend.

They came in the lowest in the estimate. They honored the same price that gave me two years prior. They were very helpful, professional, and did a great job.

They were really good. He came on time and cleaned the windows quickly. They were very. very clean. The price was actually less than the original quote.

When we called them, they were able to schedule an appointment within the same week. They came a little before they said they would. I think the job was a little harder than they expected because they didn't ask me all the questions over the phone. They explained that it would be an added charge and did it. They were fast and polite. They did a good job.

I was out running errands when it came time to settle the bill. My nanny called me to tell me that they were finished & needed to see my previous invoice to know what to charge me. Fortunately, I had the previous invoice, & she was able to show it to them. They wanted to charge me an extra $150 for power-washing the floor of garage which seemed unreasonable to me considering it took them 1/2 hr. Between this & having to convince them to wash my windows in the 1st place, I'll look elsewhere next time. I also discovered subsequently, through my own examination, that certain windows (French doors in master bedroom & window behind kitchen sink among others) hadn't been washed even though we had explicitly agreed that the exterior of all windows would be washed as part of this transaction.

They return calls very promptly and give you an appointment, then they show up on time, and work quickly. They did a great job. They really made sure everything was very clean. Their price is very good. I would recommend them.

The cleaner arrived without a ladder or equipment necessary to clean our building's windows. Apparently the office had not given him any instructions about what kind of building it was. The man on site blamed the person on the phone, but it took 20 minutes for us to contact the office. Only then did he explain that he needed access to the inside of each unit to perform the cleaning. I felt like I was getting the run-around. They did not clean the building and I hired someone else to do the work.
