Excellent work by 3 man crew for 27 windows and screens at our home. Crew was friendly and fast. Will definitely book again.

It was fine. They showed up when they were supposed to and it's the same gentleman that had cleaned the windows the last time. He just did a good job. He didn't made mess and did it quickly. I didn't have any complaints. I think they're very professional and they do a nice job. I thought the price is a little bit high.

The provider typically comes out on a yearly basis. They have always been great and done great. I will be calling them again to use them in the near future. He is always very neat and thorough with his work.

It went perfect. Stan is very responsible man. He is knowledgable and a pleasure to work with.

Service provider was responsive, punctual and most importantly, did a great job. The service provider who visited my home was also very courteous, professional and fair in how he estimated the scope of work. I would highly recommend their services.

Called for an estimate. Was told that they were very busy but would get back with a quote within 2 weeks. They returned with a quote in about 15 days and we set up a time the following week. Although they were supposed to start at eight, one of the washers had an injury and the time was delayed to noon. They then called and said they could be there by 10A. Since there was such a juggling of time, they provided a $20,00 discount. They did a fabulous job. I have a three story town house and some of the windows are very difficult to reach. Everything was done well and they even worked around my car which was parked in the driveway and could have been moved. They did all the work in a timely manner.

I was very impressed with the service they provided. The window cleaning was done on a Saturday so that I would not need to take off work. I was surprised when only one worker came to clean all the windows, but he worked quickly and professionally, removing and replacing all storm windows in the process. The results were fantastic, and I will definitely use them again. I was so pleased that I contacted them to come and clean my gutters out, which was also handled very well. I thought the price very fair for the service rendered,, and would and have recommended them to others.

Great! This was my second year in a row using Crystal Clear Window Washing. I have used them for both my house, and for two 4-5 story buildings that are my clients. Service is professional and thorough. This is my go-to window washer from now on.

They arrived on time . Were very focused on details and did a wonderfu job. The windows were definitely crystal clear. I as so impressed with them that I have contracted with them to come every 6 weeks. I highly recommend them

Went well, did neighbors windows also, when one neighbor was not satisfied, washer returned and released a window.

The provider did not do a professional job. It was less than a week later as I looked out the windows, I noticed all the windows were smeared not sparkling clean and I could see the wipe marks. All the windows were smeared. It leads me to believe they used dirty water, didn't care and just slopped through the work. I also noticed the wand for the second floor blinds was missing, so I could not open and shut the blinds. When I was cutting the grass a few days later I found the wand laying in the grass on the parkway lawn. Would I ever hire them again. NO. Sloppy, unprofessional, uncaring.

Arrived on time, wore booties in house to avoid dirt from outside, VERY VERY thorough, quick and organized. We have used them for the last 3 years and will continue to use them.

Contacted this company for an estimate on 5/12 and was told that someone would come out and look at the scope of the work and email me an estimate within 9-11 days. I asked if I needed to be home when they came and ws told that it was not necessary. As of 5/27 no estimate was ever received. When I called they said they "had been pretty backed up". Told them I would just go to the next "A" rated company on Angies List that might be a little more "hungry" for work.

I made an appointment for 1pm on Saturday. Soon after that I got a voice mail message "confirming my appointment for 8am. I called and explained that my appointment was for 1m. The lady said that it was no longer available and gave me 10.30 am. The night before the day of service I again got a voice mail message that i should expect the service at 8 am next morning. I had no choice except setting the alarm clock at 7am on my Saturday morning. The employee showed up at 8.20. I told him that I was given an estimate for over $200 for all the widows (the person who did estimation just looked from outside); I said that I decided to wash only half of the windows and asked about the price. He said that it will be $200 any way. I asked why. He said the price is calculated by blocks: for example from 1 to 10 or from 1 to 20 windows. I said " fine ! Let's count and make it 10". He got really mad and said that he is not going to do anything for less than $200 in any case. He also tried to convince me that two of the windows were storm, although in fact they were easy, European style windows, opening iside- put, not up and down. So I sent him away.

For the price, the work done was good. Other window washers wanted to bring a tall ladder to wash the 4th floor windows and were much more expensive. Crystal Clear Windows followed up regarding the quality of the work and to book again the following year. Our condo association has will be using them again this year (3rd year).

Very professional and thorough. We have french casement windows with diamond mullions. They're not the easiest to clean and Crystal Clear always does a fantastic job. I highly recommend them.

From the time we called 2-3 days later someone at the house to review the housed, next day a quote, and 5 business days later work was completed. Day 1 Washed all windows, Cleaned gutters, power washed front and back deck, starting painting front deck. Day 2 finished up painting deck. Power washing and cleaning of windows Outstanding, painting was ok.
