Description of Work: I used Cityscape Landscape for landscaping and pavers. They did my street side parkway, they moved everything and dug 18 inch of paver along the street. They put in a bunch big boulder all around the upward side. They did some plantings. It is beautiful, everything compliments whenever they come by. It was just a pile of dirt before so they did a good job.

Description of Work: I did not get so far as to even get an estimate, which is what I was looking for. Based on seeing this provider on Angie's list and the services provided I reached out to try to schedule a time to further discuss the work. The first response was "I could come on Friday at noon" - no discussion of the fact that I work during the days. So I responded, "Would someone be available either Thursday after 4 or next week?. The next response was "No, and Friday is now booked" end of message. Cityscape must not care about new clients.... I will go elsewhere.

Description of Work: Cityscape provided landscaping services. They weeded, moved plants from one location to another, replaced overgrown foliage with stones and trimmed bushes. The crew did a great job at a fair price.

Description of Work: Kevin came out as his specification at 7am on a Monday. He was prompt and friendly and had some good ideas. We walked the entire property in detail and he promised a quote later that day. He explained on the phone how busy he was, which we understood, hence the 7am Monday appt. Unfortunately we never heard from him again, even after we gave him multiple emails and phone numbers to reach us. We attempted to contact him 2x with no response. Still waiting for that quote!

 + -1 moreOur experience with Cityscape was fantastic. Phone calls were returned promptly, appointments were kept and the whole experience was over less than a week after accepting the estimate. We were a bit nervous about landscaping because of our two dogs - they love to run around outside. Kristine took them into account in every area of her design. We ended up with a very pet friendly green space. They have a beautiful brick patio to run around on and we have planting areas that are full of hearty plants and trees. The space is unique too, you can tell that somebody put careful thought into the design and layout. From the shape of the planting beds to the different colors of plant leaves...the details were taken into account. Cityscape made great suggestions and gave us several options, we were definitely included in the process. We now have our own beautiful green space in the middle of the city - we couldn't be happier!
