We were overwhelmed by the number of choices for window coverings but after consulting with Zach, we were surprised by how quickly we could identify exactly what we needed. His team installed the blinds quickly and we couldn't be happier with the results. Zach also offered suggestions on how to improve our master closet with a few simple and inexpensive changes, which have made a huge difference to its functionality. Finally, Zach designed our home office in a very small 8' x 8' space. We already thought we knew what we wanted but Zach was able to show us how we could really maximize the space and created a beautiful design which even left enough room for a reading nook for our kids. His team was extremely efficient when installing the office, which meant minimum disruption for us, and we were thrilled with the high quality of the pieces. Zach immediately followed up to check we were fully satisfied and we are happy to say we would recommend Chicagoland Home Products to anyone.

Zach and Mike, the owners of Chicagoland Home Products are highly professional, and their products and installation are exceptional. Their team arrives when they say they are going to arrive, they work quietly and efficiently, and never leave a mess when they are finished. Not once was there an issue with the measurements or the install of any of the products - everything has fit like a glove and looks beautiful. I found Chicagoland Home Products three years ago when my house was being built and I was not happy with the closet shelving gentleman that was hired by the builder to do all the closet shelving. I searched and found Chicagoland Products and met with Zach to discuss what I wanted in the closet shelving design. Zach listened carefully and got the designs perfect. We spent several hours at the house going through all the closet spaces, pantry and storage areas. That evening Zach had emailed me the drawings for all the closets; we tweaked a couple things and the drawings were complete the next day. I was amazed at how quickly he had drawings for me. I am immensely pleased with the closets, and especially pleased that the pricing was better than the builder's contractor. The builder has been using Chicagoland Home Products ever since to install closet systems in his houses and condos. The slat board storage system in my garage was the best decision I have ever made - storage is a big problem living in the city and that system has solved that problem... it is wonderful. My window treatments are beautiful. And again, exactly like the closets and the garage, I had a design meeting with Zach at the house and he had drawings and pricing for me in a day. Call Zach, you will not be disappointed.

Do not recommend. The dimensions were off and the install was delayed causing my wife to be very late to work. I had to work from home another day to allow completion. The installer was top notch and did a great job. However the saleswoman and the owner did not offer to make things right after costing my wife time away from work and being written up.

Work was great and was done in a timely manner. Although prices were higher but you do get what you pay for.

We were very impressed with the professionalism and pricing, as well as the product itself. We've worked in the past with other vendors who were way more expensive, even though they said they were budget friendly. I would not hesitate to use Chicagoland Home Products again and have referred them to friends who have also used them and been happy. We had a minor issue with a crease in one of the blinds and it was replaced without any fuss or additional cost. They stand behind what they sell.

Zach and his partner Mike made what could have been a stressful process, incredibly easy. They were responsive and even came out twice so we could go over everything again before installation. We will absolutely use their closet and window treatment services in our next home!

Fantastic experience, and we will likely use Zach's team at Chicagoland for at least one additional future project. We did our research (I'm a n*** about this) and had 3 estimates. Zach was hands on and low pressure throughout and made multiple home visits to provide multiple recommendations. One of our master bedroom closets is teeny tiny and somehow I now have ~50% more room that fits all of my hanging clothes, sweaters, shoes, etc. very comfortably in an aesthetically pleasing design. My wife wasn't even sure that she needed the new closet system and might be even more excited/happy with hers than I am with mine! Service was world class, and installation was hassle free. We had blocked off a half day for installation and it took no longer than 3 hours for all 3 closets. Price was very competitive and ended up matching the best estimate with the Angie's List discount. VERY satisfied customer!

Over the years, I have referred Chicagoland Home Products to many, many friends and clients. However, the real test is that I have had Mike and Chicagoland Home Products custom fit my last 3 homes. The product that they provide is top of the line and looks great. The truth is that you can get great products from several suppliers - you don't need to go to Chicagoland Home Products for that. However, what you do need to go to Chicagoland Home Products for is great service, fantastic follow up, and guys that keep their promises. I have never known Mike to show up even 15 minutes late in all the years that I have been dealing with him. I have had very few issues with his products after installation, but on the few occasions that follow-up care is required, Mike is there with a smile to remedy any issues. Whether you live in a $150,000 condo or a million dollar plus single family home, Chicagoland Home Products solutions will enhance your home and provide you with quality and customer service that you can only dream of. I have used them many times. I wished I could give them an A+ and these guys are amazing. Their price point is so good too and they also show up on time. They never leave a mess and they always get the work done. If there are any issues, they come right back. They are lovely, nice and great guys.
