Our salesperson/project manager (Zach) was awesome. As were the installers. The overall quality, level of detail, coordination, communication and professionalism were first class. Zach and his crew were awesome. They designed closet space that perfectly fit my needs and the installation was quick and easy. Very cost effective as well - I got several quotes and they were by far the most competitive. The owner and installers were very professional, and had great communication throughout the process. They came up with functional designs that didn’t cost a fortune and look beautiful. These closets made such a big difference! They did the walk in closet in the primary bedroom and our entryway closet. We liked those so much that we ended up doing both of our sons’ closets and laundry room two months later! I am a Realtor, and I have been referring them to all of my clients! I am so very happy. Zach helped me get the most for small space. The finish he helped me choose turned out beautiful. I will definitely use them again. I am sharing a couple photos but I am horrible at taken them. They don't nearly do them justice.

While I was originally skeptical on seeing the plans, the end result was fantastic. When I wanted to add another shelf after installation, they gladly did so and dropped it off. Lots of patience as I thought through making the buy, and as I sought to adjust it. Well done and thank you!

Zach Kulasa was wonderful to work with. He listened to our needs and we worked together to design the best product. The results were spectacular. Zach's installation team were courteous and professional.

The whole experience couldn't have been easier. Zach was very responsive, and the installers were knowledgable and helpful. We have an old house with small closets so space is at a premium. Now we can fit so much more in our little closets, taking advantage of every inch of space. Wish we'd done this years ago! Makes opening those doors a pleasure.

Zach and the crew are amazing. We had closets done when we moved into our new home as well as blinds done on our first floor. Everyone is so kind and the work is exquisite. When we recently had an issue with a couple of the closets, they resolved the issue within a couple of days and covered it under warranty!! The owner came out and measure show us some samples and sent me a email with drawings of what they would do to the closet. We review the drawings and sent them the deposit and the work was schedule to be done the following week. They came and removed all the old wire racks and patched and sanded the walls. Then they installed the new rods and shelves and it looks great. They did a great job and deliver what they promised for a fair Price . I would Highly Recommend them to anyone who needs a closet remake or storage solutions.

The installer did a great job! The interactions with the owner were the problem. From the second call, he was rude and bothered by my questions. I only moved forward with the purchase because of a dire need to create space in a new, small home. Zach, the owner, was exasperated and curt. The work was fine, the owner was not.

It went great! Zach and his team were consistently on time, on budget, and got everything right the first time. I highly recommend them!

Tammy met with us to determine our needs and create a design. She was wonderful to work with. She came up with a practical, cost effective design which we love. She was very professional as was our installer. The design, product quality, and the installation were all excellent. The overall cost was very good and within our budget.

Chicagoland Home Products (and Tammy) were awesome! I interviewed 3 companies (one of whom advertises all the time on TV), and CHP were the most responsive to my needs and came in at the most competitive price (by over $500!). After I chose them, they were able to schedule the remodel quickly. The installers were friendly, fast and very professional. I only wish I had done this years ago! My closet looks fantastic; it is much more functional, and I can now easily see and access all my clothes, shoes and purses.

We've repeatedly gone back to Chicagoland Home Products for any shelving needs. Zach is wonderful to work with. Shelving and closets are expensive, but Zach is so reliable and helpful and the quality is AMAZING. We recently felt like shoes were overtaking our house and Zach came up with great ways to better organize and store our shoes. I can't tell you how nice it is to walk in my mudroom and entryway and NOT SEE SHOES EVERYWHERE!

We were extremely impressed with the professionalism of the guys we worked with at Chicagoland Home Products. They helped us with our master bedroom closet remodel and it looks great--we have received so many compliments! We worked directly with Tammy and she was amazing. We scheduled a time where she could come take measurements of all the closets. She had sent me a booklet of what they offer and then went through the booklet in person after the measurements. She then made drawings of what we had talked about and then we even made some changes and she redrew them for us. The workers came and installed them in one day. A few weeks later I decided I would like some more shelves and they came by and dropped them off for us. The closets worked great and the whole process went smoothly.

Excellent, we love our new desk. Tammy was all the time checking and she gave us all that we asked for.
