Description of Work: This is a remarkable service. They arrived the same day I called, diagnosed the problem in 15 minutes, had a replacement fan for my refrigerator in the truck, and finished the work less than an hour after their arrival. Bravo!

Description of Work: Rick, I believe that was his name, knew exactly what was wrong with my dryer. Came in, replaced some parts and voila, an hour later my dryer is working again. Would most definitely use this company again.

He even gave me some great tips to help the dishwasher run better. He was honest about the price and explained all of the charges. We will definitely call them again for any future repairs.

I was worried I would have to get a new dryer, but Mario came out and was able to easily fix the problem. He was very reassuring that the dryer was safe to use and would not burn down the building. It's been working perfectly since he fixed it. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and he was right on time. I will definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: The identified a bad electrical control board on my built in freezer. Send board out for repair and had it back in 3 da ys. Previous 2 companies I called did not mention they did not work on built in fridges until they came out even when I told them on the phone.

Description of Work: Our freezer was building up ice. There was frost and ice covering the entire ice making part and overflowing into the freezer itself. They came out the day after I called and fixed the problem immediately. He showed me the flap on the ice machine wasn't working (flapper door shute), replaced it and got rid of the ice. No more ice build up. Very professional and knowledgeable of the problem.

Description of Work: I have a stacked washer and dryer. The dryer was making a scraping noise and clothing was getting caught in the drum. Chicago Appliance came out and replaced the felt in my dryer and also cleaned out all of the lint. | |There were a few issues getting the time set up to have them come out. However, it all worked out and they came on the day I was home and at a time that worked well for me. I would use this company again.

Description of Work: Called Chicago Appliance to check on our dryer that stopped mid cycle. This is second time we used them (the other time to replace a dial on our washing machine). Both times they were prompt and knowledgeable. The dryer had stopped due to a broken lint filter and a sock that had gone AWOL - by way of the lint screen flying out of position. The sock became lodged in the motor and it was just my luck that I was there when the dryer stopped working. Or, the motor could have burned out. The workman vacuumed the whole unit out and removed the sock. All labor no parts.

Description of Work: Kitchen oven was not working. Called Chicago Appliance Co @ about 10:00 AM. Service man Rich was out to house around 1 PM. He changed igniter assembly out and was done in 1 hour.Oven is working properly now. Prompt service was a plus. I really do not know if price is good or not,but I am satisfied with the job.
