Description of Work: Problem: Refrigerator was not cooling. David, the technician, diagnosed the problem in less than 5 minutes and had it fixed in a little more than an hour. I called for service at 3:30 in the afternoon and it was fixed before 8:00 that night. David was courteous, friendly and efficient. It seemed a bit expensive, but I don't know that anyone else would have been less expensive. It was not as expensive as a new refrigerator would be.

Description of Work: Dishwasher wasn't filling with water when started. I explained that our ancient building's water pipes had recently been replaced and that the problem started after that. Since I had cleared gunk out of my faucets & showerheads, I thought that the water supply line to the d/w was likely stopped. After trying various things, he checked the line also. The dishwasher is running fine now.

Description of Work: They came to my home to repair a broken washer. It turned out that only a minor adjustment was needed so the technician was in and out in about a half hour and did not make any repairs. The charge just for coming out was $90, which seems a bit high but I guess that's the going rate. They were at my condo within 48 hours of me contacting them, which was great.

Description of Work: We had them out to repair an oven and a refrigerator water line at two of our rental units. Work was performed in a timely and very professional manner. We had hoped that since both jobs were being performed in the same 3-flat that we would only be charged one trip charge, but we were charged twice. Otherwise the pricing seemed fair.
