Great. My mom started using this company in the 80's, and in the past 10 years I have used them for 4 major appliances. They call you back quickly, arrive promptly, clean up the work area, and I have never had an issues with the expert repairs done.

Great. Rich was friendly and came on time. He quickly found what was wrong and quickly did the repair. The cost of the repair was very reasonable.

Quick response to initial call. Technician (David) came within 2 hours and did a quick and efficient repair within 1 hour. He was friendly and professional and explained everything he was doing.

So far so good. The owner was friendly and knowledgeable about my machine. The tech's schedule was flexible and he arrived on time and like the business owner personable and professional. The repair tech was quite familiar with the design of my 20+ year old washing machine and made a few suggestions; get a new one which might not last as long but will be more water efficient or take my chances and get the current one fixed with a caveat that no one could predict when it might need more work but was still a good machine and worth repairing. Given the age of the machine the repair bill is what it is but it wasn't over the top and workable. If any of my other appliances need work I will definitely call Chicago Appliance again.

We called them, got a call back from a technician within a few minutes and he was at our house an hour later. The technician (Julio) was very professional, diagnosed and fixed the problem within 45 minutes. Price was right, service was speedy. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

The coil was replaced and the oven works.

Chicago Appliance sent a very reputable repair man and he fixed my dryer. Very happy with the experience.

Woke up one morning to find that my 15 year old Jenn Air refrigerator was no longer cooling/freezing. Found Chicago Appliance Repair based on positive customer reviews and gave them a call. Even though it was a weekend, they arrived promptly, diagnosed and fixed the problem. Very professional, super competent. Would hire them again in a second!

Call was returned promptly (15 min) and service was provided by Rich within 24 hours. I have had consistently excellent service from this company and I highly recommend them.

Spoke with Al on 12/23/19 (Monday) who told me a technician would be reaching out to schedule an appointment. Technician called back within in the hour, and advised that due to the holiday (Christmas) he wasn't going to be able to come out until 12/27/19 (Friday between 9-10am), which I understand as it is the holiday. However it's Friday, and the time is now 12:47pm. I've yet to here from anyone at Chicago Appliance Service Co... No show, and no call. I took the day off for this appointment....thanks. What a great inconvenience. I scheduled an appointment with another company that assured me of their professionalism, and promptness.

Fantastic. Arrived ahead of schedule, showed me what to do in case it happens again. Service fee was way less than I expected. Are my first call if I need help again

Super service from beginning to end. Quickly identified the problem, brought necessary parts, speedy installation. All within 24 hours. Works like new again.

Great experience all around. The tech - I think his name was Dave - called ahead and asked pertinent questions. He had me test a few things, and he was able to identify the problem before arriving here. He had the right part with him, fixed the refrigerator in record time. An extremely personable young man. Excellent! I am a landlord and transacted this repair for my tenants. The communication amongst the three parties was outstanding and all fully driven by Chicago Appliance. My tenants were extremely impressed as was I. Affordable, approachable, and knowledgeable, I couldn’t be happier. Seriously, as small business owner, I’m picky about quality of service. Chicago Appliance exceeded expectations in every regard. I recommend them without hesitation.

I want to retract the previous negative review that I gave this company. Indicated that they had not returned my service call after they assured me they would. I was wrong!! They had called me as I later determined when I rechecked my messages. When I spoke to them later I was assured that a tech would be coming to my home to try to repair our dishwasher. Not only did Steve appear, he worked diligently to find the source of the problem which he finally did and he made the repair. My wife and I had planed to shop for a new dishwasher, but thanks to Steve we were able to put off those plans. He did a great job.

They were prompt in answering my call and sending a technician out to diagnose and fix the problem on the same day as the call.

Julio did a great job identifying the problem with my washing machine, finding a replacement part and fixing the issue. Julio was friendly, respectful, professional and competent. I will definitely hire Chicago Appliance Company again for future repairs.

I am beyond pleased with the work David did for me today. They were quick to respond. I called another company, and they have yet to get back to me (the repair is done). I was nervous about this repair because I am selling the unit where the fridge is located. They provide quick and professional service, which put me at ease. These people are straight shooters. I highly recommend them!

Great company to deal with in so many ways! They were easy to get a hold of … responsive … immediately available (my problem was fixed within 4 hours of my call) … professional and most importantly they stand by their work. My only problem … like other appliance repair companies … the cost of their service is off the charts! Seriously, these guys were here under an hour and charged $255 for the repair. Now there was a part involved ... which they had in car ... so if that part was worth $50 ... they charged $205 for an hour of work! Who gets that kind of money for an hour’s work??? Now, CASC offers a repair assessment for $69 ... which would be deducted from the repair cost if you elect to hire them. That seemed like a great deal but in retrospect it was a hook. In the end $255 is the most I’ve ever paid for appliance repair! Finally, let me say the owner seems like a great guy to do business with. He is genuinely concerned with providing exceptional service, so if you are plush with cash go for it! For those who are living on a shoestring budget be forewarned CASC’s pricing leaves something to be desired.

Steve was a very quick tech with his service. He came at the tail end of his window but I’ll put that to the city traffic since the window was 5-6 on a weekday. The price wasn’t bad at $109 but just right now I noticed that they have a coupon for $69 for the initial consultation when I got charged $89 for that plus labor... I wish they mentioned that or just included it in the quote. Lesson learned to check for any discounts before getting service, but overall I am very happy with the company, the service, and the overall response time.

Very prompt response! Called late afternoon and Mario, the technician was at my door early the following morning. He replaced pressure hose, but we had trouble that afternoon using the washing machine and called Mario again. He came out first thing the following morning with another part and fixed everything, charging us only for the part and not the labor. He was very professional and responsive. Machine works perfectly. I would definitely call Chicago Appliance again and would hope I get the same technician.
