Mario is the best and very conceincious.

The dial on the washer was stripped. I called Chicago Apliance and described the problem. They were ready to send a repairman out right away but I scheduled the work to be done the following day. Rich came when he said he would, diagnosed the problem, had the part, and completed the repair in 20 minutes. Very professional and also friendly. A good experience.

Jesse called was quick and professional and showed me how to reset the disposal unit in the future. In this case a service call was still necessary but if something gets stuck again I can try to reset the unit and possibly avoid a call.

They showed up promptly and fixed the problem quickly. Honest and fair and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.

Contacted Chicago Appliance at 7:30am; repairman (Rich) was here and completed the job before noon. Based on the info provided when we called, what he brought a replacement part. He was correct and had the part installed in about 20 minutes. Rich called to say he was on his way, was friendly, very efficient, and cleaned up after himself. A good experience!

I called on Wednesday AM, and expected to book something for later in the week. They offered a time right then, which was awesome! But I had to go to work. So we scheduled for Friday afternoon. Rich called ahead of time to confirm, and was hyper punctual. He came in, assessed the problem, and fixed my dryer very quickly. He even indulged my silly questions about how dryers work! All in all, it was a fantastic experience and I will absolutely give Chicago Appliance Service Co. my business again in the future. Thanks, Rich!

They called the morning they were to come out. Asked enough questions on the phone that when he actually came to do the work he had the correct part with him, and completed the repair within 20 minutes. Would definitely use them again.

This was a great experience. I called in the morning, and Rich was able get to my place by early afternoon. He diagnosed the issue with my washer right away, and had it fixed very quickly.

Called today, fixed today! The most responsive service call I've ever had. They came exactly when they said they would and Mario was fast and efficient. If I knew it was this easy to get the oven repaired, I would have done it sooner. Could not be happier with their service!

Rich responded to my call within 20 minutes and made an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time and had my dryer fixed and running in 20 minutes. This was the easiest, fastest repair I've ever had done. Fantastic.

Received call back stating that they did not service central Chicago, even though my zip code, 60610, is listed on their website as in their service area.

Rich was great! Called and left a message about our problem around 8:30 and he was out here by 11. Was able to more or less diagnose the problem over the phone so it was a quick visit as well. Will definitely use them again for any future repairs.

They returned my call within 30 minutes ,walked me through finding the model number, diagnosed the problem, looked up the needed repair part, and were able to tell me the part was no longer available - all in a phone conversation and no charge. They confirmed what I suspected - the range is OLD. I'll certainly call them again when needed.

A wire came off. Installation of a new one took less than 20 minutes. I called just this morning and job was done by 2PM.

Great experience. Called them on a Friday morning in frigid snowy weather re: an oven that wouldn't light. They use an answering service, and the young woman took my info and said I'd get a call back from a serviceman. Rich called me back in about 20 minutes and said they might not be able to come until Monday or Tuesday because they were quite busy. However he called back a short time later to say that he could come on Saturday morning, giving me a window of between 9 and 12. He told me there would be a $69 service call charge if we decided not to have them do the work, and I appreciated getting this info up front. He also said we'd get the 10% Angie's List discount on any work done. Rich arrived within the time window on Saturday morning, calling ahead He carefully took the oven apart and quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad ignitor. He had wisely brought some ignitor parts with him in case that''s what was needed, and had one that fit our oven. He put the new one in and was completely finished in about 30 minutes. We were very pleased with his timeliness, friendliness, and skill in getting the work done quickly, especially on a Saturday in terrible weather. Would definitely call again and recommend to neighbors. Thanks Rich! (PLEASE NOTE: We also appreciate that this company lists at the bottom of their own website all the zip codes they serve, because the first AL provider we called said they did not serve our location because it was too difficult to park their truck in our neighborhood.)

David came on Thursday and diagnosed the problem with refrigerator water dispenser leaking. He gave us a $275 quote and took a $69 dollar deposit. He came back on Saturday with the part to make repair. He was very professional, polite, and friendly. We were really impressed and happy that he brought 2 thin boards to protect the kitchen floor when rolling refrigerator out. He had also taken off his shoes when entering the house. He was very efficient and was probably out the door in less than 45 minutes after taking an additional $206.

They said they couldn't permanently fix it but he did seal up around the hose. They were late by 1 hour.

Rich was great. respond to my call with in 10 min. he was able to fit us in and was here with in 2 hours . found problem and fix dryer right a way.

I made the call on Jan 2 due to standing water in my dishwasher. Considering how bad the snow was over the New Year's holiday, I was really impressed that I got a call back from a technician within an hour. Was able to get a technician to the house the next morning. Manny was really helpful in diagnosing the problem, and talked it over with me the day before to make sure there wasn't an obvious fix I couldn't do myself. He identified the source of the problem within 10-15 minutes. My drain line was installed wrong, and grease backed up into the dishwasher pump. He didn't mind talking out all the issues with me, and was patient with all my questions. I learned a few things about my dishwasher that day. He cleared the plug and rerouted the drain line. He gave me clear advice on how to run the dishwaher after he fixed the pump. He was done in 1 hr. He was also very neat and was concientious about not leaving a mess. My dishwasher has been running well ever since. If I run into any appliance problem, I will use this company again.

This was for a broiler unit in a wall oven. I called the number which is an answering service. The told me someone would call within 15 minutes and they did. I spoke with Mario, told him what I thought was wrong. He came out the next day (Saturday) at the time we planned on. He fixed the problem. Mario was prompt, left everything clean, dressed professionally and handled himself professionally. I would definitely use this company again. There is another company with a very similar name that got bad reviews, please do not confuse these 2 companies.

They had to leave to get more freon but the whole repair was done in a very timely manner. They were professional and didn't create a mess. Scheduling was efficient and timely and they came when they said they would. I would use them again.My subzero is working better than ever. It is over 10 years old.

What a great job. Called at 10:00 am - The dishwasher was fixed and running by 2:00 pm. Great prompt service. Ask for Mario - He is the best - efficent, super nice and left the place clean. Mario is like having a friend come over and fix your dishwasher! Many Thanks

I would definitely call these guys again for saving me time and money for a simple solution suggested over the phone.

They were prompt and kept us informed about their arrival time--this was very appreciated because we had relatives over for Christmas.
