I received a speedy response from Chicago Appliance to confirm they received my quote request and confirm what needed to be repaired then received a call from Steve the same day to discuss the issue with the freezer to confirm the issue, model number serial number to confirm he had the right parts. Steve was able to schedule me in the following day and fixed the problem all within a half an hour. Will definitely use them again.

Responded back within 10 minutes. Set up service call for next day Julio came out and assessed problem fix was done. Service call was waived parts and labor all for less than $200.00. Can't beat that definitely will recommend to everyone.

two men came. One (the younger) was quiet and professional. The other (the older man) kept talking and complaining,, I would have the first person back, but not the second.

It went pretty close to perfect. Julio was always in communication and did an excellent job in explaining and showing us what needed to be done. I felt that we were in pretty good hands.

The repairman fixed the clanking in the drum, correctly attached the vent as apparently the installers didn't do that correctly, and cleaned the whole dryer. Quick and under $300 which given the price of the unit ($1000) worth it. Not sure I should have gotten that dryer though!

Great stuff! They were responsive, got us set up for a technician right away, who was very polite and professional. He came over, assessed the situation, showed me what was what and how to do a better maintenance job in the future, plus fixed the problem. Julio was super thorough, helpful and informative! We will for sure call them again if needed, as well as recommend to anyone in need of such help.

Julio returned our call and was quick to send texts and answer our questions. He recommended that given the cost of the repair ($650+) it was time for a new dishwasher.

Starting with the initial return call from my message I had nothing but positive impressions. Rich called me within hours of my inquiry (on a Sunday) to let me know that Julio would be calling me the following day to schedule an appointment. Julio did contact me Monday was very pleasant and accommodating. Julio gave me a window for the expected arrival time and contacted me 20 minutes before coming. He was extremely professional and respectful. Julio had to return with the part the following day and again gave me a window and a phone call. I was truly impressed with the entire experience most especially Julio.

I've used Chicago Appliance before for service on my washing machine at my home and usually deal with Rich who has always been outstanding. For the work on my rental unit I was contacted by Julio. He was always very polite, let me know when he would be at the job and performed his job well. He explained what was wrong and pointed out a few things I needed to do to keep my washer/dryer running efficiently. I am very happy with Julio and Chicago Appliance and will continue to use their services.

The technicians were very professional and were able to do the needed repairs as soon as possible.

There was a rust leak from the tub of the machine; it is 19 years old. Repairman was efficient, polite, showed me exactly the problem and made recommendations for the best washing machine replacements. Social distance and face mask were in place and the inspection was on time and only took 20 minutes.

They responded quickly, were courteous, completed the work efficiently, and were reasonably priced.

It went great - I had actually called someone else before I called Chicago Suburban, but they failed to show up. But when I called Chicago Suburban, not only did I get a return call, but Ramon called when he arrived, and he diagnosed & repaired my oven in a timely manner...great friendly service!

A temporary repair allows the freezer to work again after an electrical short. The repair is not guaranteed but will allow me to store foods until the unit can be replaced.

Rich came out within a few hours of my call. He was on time, got right to the problem and fixed it in short order. Will definitely call them again!

LOVED the professionalism and responsiveness of this company! The initial call was shortly after request made on-line. Caller was very respectful and informative; very patient to respond to all my questions. Told him I will call back after I hear back from other requested quotes. Wasn't pushy or rude- thanked me for my time. I called him back, set up an appointment that worked with my schedule. Technician called the day before to confirm, and called a half a hour before heading over. It's COVID times- technician had disposable gloves and mask on. Kevin, technician, was very well mannered, listened to my questions, answered them, inspected my fridge and fixed the issue. Very reasonable rate too! And there is a 30 day warranty. Elated with this company and the service. Will definitely use them again and will highly recommend to friends and family.

I put up a description of my issue late on Tuesday night. Rich called me first thing in the morning to discuss my issue. Based on the description of my issue, he recommended that I check the dryer vent on the outside of the home. He suggested that it might be clogged causing the dryer to not heat up enough, which lead to multiple cycles when trying to dry a load. He was absolutely right. Based on honesty and integrity alone, I would hire these guys in the future. Rich could have sent a tech out and charged me the minimum service charge. Instead, he helped me resolve the issue right over the phone. That kind of service is what builds trust. I'll be telling everyone I know about these guys. Thanks so much!
