Perfect job. Rich Musil came a few hours after we phoned and had everything done in half an hour. Other companies were quoting 2 weeks!

I asked for a quote because my dishwasher wouldn't start. Rich called and was able to quickly troubleshoot the problem over the phone. It was an easy fix, and everything is working now. He was courteous, friendly, and obviously knows his stuff!

Was able to get my Whirlpool front load washer repaired within a couple hrs of me initiating a service call. Thank you Julio (technician) for an awesome job!!

We were out of town for a few days and when we got back, our dishwasher wasn't working. Talked with Rich over the phone and he said "Did you look under the sink for a switch to turn the dishwasher on?" Well, I hadn't and when I flipped the switch, the dishwasher came right now. Thanks Rich! Will definitely call them in the future when I have a "real" issue to fix. Much appreciated!

Excellent Service!! Rich was very fast in determining the culprit, had the part, replaced it and tested. Also got a chance to clean everything inside the dryer. Rich also showed us everything was in good shape, so we won't need to replace it. We also talked about different makes, so we could be informed on any future purchases of dryers: Rich was a wealth of knowledge.

Service was completed on the same day as my initial call. Technician replaced a faulty igniter and broiler works fine. Repair took less than one hour.

Replace a part in the refrigerator that was leaking… What is replaced and all is well

Technician was knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem as faulty inlet valve. The company was contacted the next day after the inlet valve was replaced to report a water leak. The representative at the company's office contacted the technician regarding the leak and he returned to diagnose the source of the water leak. The technician centered the dishwasher into the cabinet space and leveled the dishwasher which resolved the water leak. As a result of the technician's work on the dishwasher, there is a bend in the bottom of the door which causes the door to rub against the rubber guard under the door which impedes the door from smoothly opening and closing. Two invoices were issued in connection with dishwasher repair with one indicating an Angie's List Discount; however, there is no detail evidencing that the discount was actually given.

Very excellent. very fast very polite, he called and they had a time frame, he was running late and let me know he was going to be late due to traffic. I appreciated that.

Technician Elvis was on time, very professional. Diagnosed refrigerator and determined it needed to be replaced. Elvis did not charge for visit. Will call them again.

The dishwasher needed an expensive part to fix so we decided not to repair, but to buy a new one. The repair person was efficient, friendly, and honest. I would hire him again.

Julio was great. Performed the repair without an issue. Waiting 5 days for the part to arrive was only issue with our dryer repair.

I called late afternoon. Rich came promptly the next morning as he said. He found the problem right away and replaced the igniter assembly, Knowing what to look for, he also checked the coils and changed them out as well, as they were showing wear. He then checked the dryer. All good now!

The Tech, Julio G. Was prompt, polite, wore face mask. He explained the problem and solution clearly and performed the repair. The only negative comment would be that the repair was expensive but I don’t have any frame of reference. He had to replace the idler assembly. I was more disappointed that I had a repair on a 5 year old machine (Samsung).

Exemplary service. We called Chicago Appliance on a Saturday and they dispatched a technician that day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and returned Wednesday to quickly fix the problem. Elvis was the technician and he was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Recommend them highly and will use them again.

Julio was excellent, on time, thorough, accommodating. I only wish I didn't have to wait several days for the part, for an older dryer, to come in, but that wasn't the fault of the company.
