Al was able to provide me with a next-day appointment with an exact time instead of a several hour window. He showed up a few minutes early, quickly diagnosed the problem and had the part to fix it. He was in and out of the house in less than a half an hour and I was very pleased with the service.

Started good but then repairman said 2 circuit boards needed replacement, & we needed to pay upfront unfortunately my husband did, came back with replacement boards one worked, he said other was bad, broken in shipping probably- that was on Friday July 26th - we have not yet heard back from them today is August 6

the repair man was friendly, competent and punctual. However the price was very high. A more in line price would be 10% less.

Great with dryer...new refrigerator needed

Julio was fantastic. He came when he said he would, called beforehand and I gave him the dryer information. I think to make sure that he had parts. Showed me where the issues were, repaired the dryer and offered helpful advice and a referral for a different service (vent cleaning) which we will have to do more frequently. As for the stove, it was only an extra $10 to look at it and diagnose the stove. Turns out we may have a new one In our future. I always appreciate that honesty and we will be using Chicago Appliance again when other appliance problems crop up, as I am sure they will. Thanks.

Phone was answered promptly and repairman, Ramon came out on 4th of July. Inspected my stove and it says the problem gave me a quote then ordered the part. As soon as the part came in he was over here putting it in the oven. I cannot recommend these people more highly. Courteous prompt efficient reasonable price

David was amazing and professional. He treated my home with the utmost respect, as if it was his own home. Punctual and polite. The price was well below what I was anticipating. I would use his services, again, for sure!

Went Great! Called Chicago Appliance on Saturday late afternoon of the Easter weekend and was able to schedule an appointment for the following Monday. Al told me that he would not want to try and perform service on Saturday as he would rather have his techs spend ample time to diagnose the issues rather than cram everything in ASAP. On Monday, techs texted me saying they would be at my place in 10 mins and were able to disassemble our stacked washer and dryer and, YES, find my wife's missing wedding ring!! Could not be happier that the ring was found!! Well, except for my wife, who was glowing upon seeing it again. Huge Thanks to Adrian and Arthur for their great work and patience in everything they did and walking my through all of their efforts. ****, I think they were just as happy, or perhaps happier than I was in finding the lost ring. Love it!!! Thanks a millions!!!

Contacted me the same day and came out the next morning. Piece was available and replaced the same day.

Excellent job! Our technician was Julio, and 5 stars to the man! Great communication from timing of appointment, to arrival, to assessment of the problem; I was sent videos of the malfunctioning fan, and fan after the repair; I called them for something else altogether, but it turned out we almost had a fire, as the fan was not working properly and everything in the back was overheating. Cost was high but I expect it would have been as high with anybody else. Altogether, great service, would definitely call them again!

i called the number and someone was out to my house in less than an hour. it was repaired in no time.Ramon did an excellent job repairing the dryer. yes, i will be calling them again when needed !

Excellent! Rich called me 15 minutes after I left the first message. He showed up at 7:30am the next morning. He investigated and told me the dryer needed a new motor. He provided me with an estimate on what the new motor would cost vs. buying a new stacker unit. I decided to let Rich fix the motor. He got the motor and fixed the dryer within 2 hours. The stacker unit is over 25 years old and it now works like new!

After I entered my request into Angie's List, someone called right away to ask about what I needed and said he would have a repair person contact me. After waiting 36 hours I called again and this time got a call back within an hour. The repairman who came, Adrian, was excellent. He was friendly, clean (even put on shoe covers), friendly, and knowledgeable. Besides replacing the part he vacuumed inside the dryer while it was open to remove lint you can't reach otherwise. The part was expensive but the dryer works fine now. I would definitely call again and be sure to ask for Adrian.

I am very pleased with the repair work that was done by Chicago Appliance Service Company's technician "Julio". He was knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, and friendly. He replaced the ignitor on my dryer and my dryer is working like new again.

I have used this company twice and have been pleasantly surprised each time. Their technicians are timely, courteous, and knowledgeable. I was particularly impressed with Adrian, who made sure to put on shoe protectors before coming into my home. He provided an honest and quick assessment of the issue and provided me with great advice. I'm glad that I have finally found an honest and reliable appliance repair company.

Adrian Perez came to our home to replace a filament in one of our two Dacor ovens. Everything seemed okay, but after Adrian left, the oven overheated. Adrian took our phone call and acquired a heat sensor. It was implemented a few days later and things seemed okay, again, but the overheating (which had been part of the problem after the filament was replaced) reoccurred. Awaiting next steps, but Adrian is professional and persistent in attempting to resolve the problem.

I've worked with Julio a number of times now, and he always does great work, quickly, and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

repairman successfully fixed the burner on first visit

I've owned and maintained real estate for over 22 years and in all that time, Rich the technician was the best I've ever come across. Knowledgeable, fast, professional and the price was right. I'll hire Rich again many times over.

These guys did an awesome job. I initially hired Sears to do the repair, but they did not show up. I really needed to get this done before the holidays. I contacted Chicago Appliance Services (after using the Angie's list app), and they were instantly responsive. Elvis came to my home, assessed the problem, and came back the next day and fixed everything. Pricing was excellent, and Christmas was saved!!! If ever I have this problem again, I will use this company
