Description of Work: We had a pipe burst and they came out and couldn't give us an estimate but could perform emergency repair service. Not only was it incredibly expensive, but we weren't allowed a pay by invoice option and I had to pay for the associations' bill on the spot and by my own credit card.

Description of Work: The tech showed up on time and explained what access he needed. I had to move some luggage and he was patient while he waited. He set up his equipment, allowed me to watch the video screen and explained what we saw. The tech cleaned up and wrapped the equipment up so it would not make a mess.

Description of Work: Attached a faucet handle that we provided. It isn't oriented the way it should be. Didn't realize til he left-just do t want to deal with them more!! He bought & installed a utility faucet set. He didn't take the utility sink function into account when buying & had to go back to store for a better set - still not ideal, but it works

Description of Work: Jesse came to house exactly at the appointment time. He explained that in order to do the service of drain rooting, it would cost lots of money to get to the right pipe. He changed it to unclogging bathroom or kitchen drain until may. We ended up not needing our drains unclogged.

Description of Work: I was very disappointed. No service was performed. The only thing the plumber did was walk through the house and I pointed some of my plumbing needs. He did not repair or attempt to repair anything, even though I had some of the parts ready and available. The question becomes: WHAT DID I PAY FOR?

Description of Work: Bought a big deal towards an estimate and part of the service. Felt like they up-charged the estimate because I had a little deal from angies list in place. Quoted me 350 for something I did myself for 80.

Description of Work: They replaced an outside water pipe for my hose. So far so good.

Description of Work: Power rodded the galvanized pipe in the wall which connect to the bathroom sink to remove whatever was blocking the water from flowing through. The job went smoothly and quickly.

Description of Work: We missed our first appointment as the driver got to my house before I did. He rang the door bell but I wished he would of just called my cell. Had to reschedule. They routed our back up sewer system which was clogged with items flushed down the basement toilet. The first price quoted was very high...$700. I told them that we already had another plumber come by and do the work but didn't finish the job. They bought the price down from there. They got the job done after that.

Description of Work: In October, came out and vacu drained our catch basin and rodded to the street. Gave us a 3 month warranty and said we should be good for years. Less than 2 months later, basement flooding again. Called and they came out and rerodded and this time said couldn't get all the way to the street. (never mentioned first time) and that the driveway would have to be torn up and work from there. Since it was such a bad winter, spring would be the best time to do that. Then in December, less than a month from the last time and still within the 3 month period...flooding again. This time when we called they said the warranty was only good for a one time cleaning in the 3 months! That was it, we called and complained MANY times, got the owner and they sent them out again to rod. We still have no SOLUTION to our problem but we are DONE with Captian Rooter!

Description of Work: 'Deal" was advertised as a 'toilet tune-up'. The toilet was inspected to determine what condition it was in and whether any repairs were needed.
