quick and efficient work. slightly over estimate for reasonable "new info" after tearoff. No complaints since work is complete.

They had to use the big ladders because we have a 3-story house. They did a nice job and we were pretty happy with them. They were friendly. They were pretty good and they always cleaned up very nicely. We would hire them again. They were punctual and if they said they would be here at 8 am, they were here at that time.

They responded to me via email and phone in a timely manner. They were very professional. The workers were punctual and finished the project in a timely manner.

The job seemed to go well. In the very beginning I spoke with 9 different roofing companies. Blue Sky was very willing to answer any questions I had from the residents and research I did. Some of the companies did not like that. That's what put them at the top of our list. Price was also a factor. We had someone cheaper and someone more expensive. First was that they were open to our questions and willing to come to a meeting if we needed them to. They really wanted the job. When the issue came up while putting on the roof and the extra work needed to be done they offered 3 resolutions to the problem. They were very professional and very courteous. No denying our right to ask a question. It was great. Now we are waiting for the 1st rain to make sure it is all ok!

I contacted them and several other companies for estimates. When I decided to go to Blue Sky, I went directly to them and paid the down payment. He said he would start soon, however he started 2 weeks later. I was never contacted about the delay, I had to call them each time to find out why they weren't there. Overall, the service was fast. The clean up was wonderful and the employees were pleasant. I would recommend them to others.

Blue Sky was great. They called before they came, finished in no time and invoiced me the same day. They provided great communication via email and I happy with the results.

We called Blue Sky for a quote and described what we wanted, they were kind enough to explain and answer any questions we had about what needed to be done. The same day we called for a quote they were able to send someone out to take a look at the property to spec the job. When they came out to do the work, they were very punctual and very clean. They even went above and beyond what was asked. They found a problem with the sealant that was used in our gutters in the areas that really needed tuck-pointing, and they fixed the problem at no extra charge.

Blue Sky was great. They did everything they promised fast, high quality and good to work with. There were some issues with disgruntled neighbors (noise, blowing dust, etc), they went out of their way to resolve and make sure everyone was happy. They did just what they promised.

Blue Sky came when they said they would and gave us a prompt and thorough estimate. They also provided us with a completion date and finished two days in advance of this date. The work was done very well and they were professional and thorough and also cleaned up after themselves. This was a big relieve to us, because we had hired other contractors who took our deposit and just failed to show up. Blue Sky was outstanding and we would definitely use them again. The work looks great!

I got a quote from Jay and had good interaction. He was in the final two or three that I selected from. He seemed okay, but I did not use them. He was definitely responsive, knowledgeable and professional. He followed up and seemed to run a good business.

The experience went smoothly. They were good. They had a whole crew and they finished on time. They stayed on budget more or less.

This company is a great find. They completely rebuilt my backstairs and I love what they did. It took about 2 1/2 days to take down the old stairs and rebuild new ones. The sales person I dealt with - Paul - is extremely pleasant to work with. And the carpenters were courteous and cleaned up everything after they were done. I have no problem recommending them.

They quoted us a price at the beginning of the project, but it ended up being more in the end. Also, they were not that neat and they left nails in the driveway.

The project went well. Apart from the unanticipated glitch of having to install new under-layer because the existing roof did not have any--which increased the price of the job by 2,000, I am very satisfied with the end result.

The company responded promptly to my call for an estimate. I got five estimates for this job. Other estimates came in lower, but they did not propose the scope of work that Blue Sky proposed. Blue Sky offered the most thorough work for the least amount of money. In fact, one estimate came in at nearly twice as much as Blue Sky for essentially the same work and guarantee. I put 1/3 down and paid the remaining 2/3 balance upon completion of the work. Blue Sky finished the job in two days. They began work three days after we signed a contract, and two weeks ahead of when they thought they would be able to get to the job. They built up saddles behind our skylights and corrected ponding problems using insulation board. They were accommodating; upon our request, the workers lifted up decking in several locations so we could check for mold and water problems caused by the leaking. They cleaned up the site and even threw in a free coat of reflective paint on our garage roof (which we didn't repair).

I called Blue Sky and they responded right away and were on-site in 48 hours. Received estimate, accepted estimate and work began as soon as the weather permitted. Work crew showed up on-time each day and worked tirelessly. Job site cleaned every day, always asked if it was okay to leave their tools/equipment and never used my garbage cans. As with any project, unknown issues were discovered when the siding and roof were removed. This team was generally concerned about correcting these problems; they offered multiple options and worked with me to come up with a resolution that met my structural as well as my budgetary needs. This project was no simple little roof job, but they made it seem that way, it took 8 days. Stan, Paul, and the team are very knowledgeable and incredible to work with.

This was an emergency service as my chimney was crumbing down. They were able to get someone out right away to repair it. I'm not sure if the price was fair, as I didn't get any other quotes.

I cannot say enough about how fortunate I was to find Stanley. We had changed plans about what we were doing with our house and had decided to re-model, to put the house up for sale. This happened in May and I spent a month calling contractors out to get quotes. They would show up, but I would never actually get the quote. Then after I had some steps repaired, I asked if he knew anyone for some tuckpointing and he gave me Stanley's name and number, little did I know how lucky I was that day, and actually the steps were nice too, Garcia concrete on Angie's list. Stanley came out that day and asked if we needed anything else done. He made a list and said he would have some guys out in a couple of days. All extremely polite men and the work site was always clean by the end of the day, in fact they always came with their own vacuum. To top it off Stanley is a walking referral list, he got me a better price on granite counters than anywhere else. Help yourself call Stanley first.
