Description of Work: Childproofed our terrace. |Some of the materials fell apart after the first year.

Description of Work: It took a few days to get my appointment scheduled but it was a very thorough appointment. I ended up going with gates at the top and bottom of my stairs and bolting two book cases to walls as well as adding straps from one TV to its stand. | |I was disappointed when a few weeks after installation, the bottom stair gate came undone (with almost no effort - simply by just trying to close the gate). This was after almost no use (my little one hasn't started crawling yet and I decided to use it one day to keep the dog downstairs). | |Baby Solutions came out to fix it quickly but it was very upsetting that it happened at all and what could have happened had it been my baby that tried to pull on it. | |It was apparently a flaw with the gate itself which they replaced on the spot. I appreciated that. But, it left me wondering how that was even possible if they had tested it upon installation (the gate came out of the door so incredibly easily). I was not home for the installation, my mom was there for it since I had to work and they offered a discount if I had it within day or two of the free quote visit. | |I urged the installer to contact the gate manufacturer immediately to ensure they can also do a better job of quality checking their products. When I first called Baby Solutions to report the issue and request service, I was assured by Baby Solutions that the products they use are the best and that their installer is very well qualified. Really? Well, obviously something failed in this process - and I blame both parties. I requested that the owner come onsite with the installer to see for himself (I'm trusting my child's safety to this company as they are the experts and I felt this situation warranted his attention). The owner did not show with the installer as he said he would (nor has he contacted me to see if I was satisfied with the replacement). | |Had it not come undone so incredibly easily, I would not feel as strongly. | |Baby Solutions did replace the gate and they did so very quickly but I can't say I was entirely happy with the service/product. |

Description of Work: I phoned to book them to baby proof my home and they never bothered to return my call.

Description of Work: They installed baby gates and added latches to drawers and cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom.
