Went very well.

While remodeling our bathroom, the contractor had a great idea - given that the walls were already open, he could build in a medicine cabinet that would be larger and more attractive than one that would be hung on the wall. Unfortunately, he did not give much thought to how we would put shelves or a door in the space. After talking to numerous potential suppliers without success, we finally found Ashland Glass. Even when we figured out somewhat belatedly that the original plan would not be workable, Alex continued to work with us to find a solution, and came up with one that works beautifully. The business responded promptly to a minor installation problem, and quickly replaced the mirror door when chips appeared a day after installation.

They came out to take measurements of both windows in order to provide us with an estimate. They were on time which was really important. We received the estimate the same afternoon (including installation). The price seemed a bit high but based on what they had to do it was better than replacing the windows all together. They said it would take two weeks. Two weeks later they called and were able to install the same day. They were prompt and quick.

Estimate was too high, and not completely accurate. Another contractor did the job for under $400.00. Three panes of glass were missing from Ashland's estimate, and the size of the glass panes was off. Also, no mention was made of the fact that one of these panes was frosted. I had the feeling that the contractor had lost track of the original notes taken by estimator when the estimate was written up. The estimator who came did a thorough job of looking at each pane needing replacement.

Very happy with Alex and crew who did the work. The mirror was much cheaper than other companies I shopped and best of, it was delivered and mounted in about 48 hrs. The shower panel had to be ordered but the service was fast and professional. Again, the price was considerably less than other offers.

They could have charged me to replace the whole insert for twice the price, but they did not. I brought the window in on a Saturday morning. They told me that it would be ready by Tuesday and they called by noon the same day to tell me that it was ready for pick up.

The glass was completed and delivered in 5 days. Courteous and prompt service.

They were not punctual at all. 25 minutes late on their first appointment and when they came to install the door they were 70 minutes late! Then they didn't bring all the parts needed to do the installation so it took them an hour and a half longer to complete installation.

Called first time and gentleman on the phone was very rude. Tried to see if I could obtain some answers (ANY answers) via email. Received a response back but needed additional information. I called back and got the same rude man on the phone. Horrible. They were more reasonable but couldn't stand to deal with them. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I called for a quote and they came out literally 15 minutes later to measure! He gave me a rough estimate on the phone and confirmed it after his guys measured. They would have even been able to install it the very next day if I had given them the approval right away. I wasn't able to give them an answer for a couple of hours, so I had to wait one extra day for installation! The installers showed up on time and finished within an hour (pretty basic mirror!). Looks great.

2 MEN WORKED FOR 2.5 HOURS REMOVING MIRRORS. CONSIDERING HOW QUICKLY THE MIRRORS WERE REMOVED, I FOUND THEIR PRICE TO BE HIGH.

VERY GOOD SERVICE. THROUGH NO FAULT OF THEIR OWN, THE WRONG TYPE OF GLASS WAS ORDERED AND INSTALLED. WHEN WE NOTICED IT DID NOT MATCH THE OTHER DOOR, THEY CHANGED THE GLASS AS SOON AS THEY WERE ABLE.

THESE GUYS ARE VERY NO-NONSENSE, YOU DON'T GET THE SENSE THAT THEY ARE EVER REALLY GOING TO GO ''ABOVE AND BEYOND'' FOR YOU. BUT, THEY HAD A NICE SELECTION OF GLASS, THEIR PRICES WERE REASONABLE AND THEY HAD IT DONE IN 48 HOURS. MOST OTHER PLACES HAD US WAITING SEVERAL DAYS.
