Description of Work: I ordered a tabletop piece of glass. They said it would be ready in 3 weeks. When I called four weeks later, since I had not gotten a call from them, they informed me that they had broken it and it would be another 3-4 weeks. I gave up on them. The lack of responsiveness was very bad.
