Work quality was good except they cut my phone line because it was in their way. David was always on top of everything and took care of the cut phone line as quickly as possible.

I definitely recommend APR for flat roofing needs. They did a complete rip and replace of a 500+ sq ft flat roof at my home in La Grange. They were not the low bidder. However, the value was evident. Not only did they install a new torch down roof, but they repaired a significant amount of water-damaged soffit and installed new gutters instead of just re-installing the old gutters, as many suggested. They pointed out several areas of concern that led to the failure of my old roof. And to my surprise, they were able to mobilize a large crew and complete the entire job in one day, including clean up. I talked to many roofing contractors before choosing APR, and I couldn't be happier with my choice.

They quoted (verbally) and completed the repairs in one day. Never received the full quote for the work to be done, and never received a receipt for payment.

APR replaced my large 35 x 80 flat roof . Dave came out to evaluate the job, told me what needed done. I pretty much left him alone to do the work, within 3 days he completed the job. The attention to the details was impressive as I am not to easily pleased. If you need any roof work, do not hesitate to call APR.

David was so professional in customer service, following up on the project and going over the problem areas of my roof in layman's terms. I really appreciate the speedy but attention to detailed work he did. Out of two other (agressive) contractors, APR gave me the lowest quote, was on time for the estimate, personable and worked with my schedule. I definitly recommend!

Had a leak in a bedroom. APR called me that day and sent Jose to repair that day! Quickly found the issue and repaired! Also inspected the entire roof and repaired areas that would be potential leaks! Can't thank them enough for saving further damage! Great staff and response! Have hired APR to do further work!
