I had a roof leak at the bottom of a skylight. Other contractors said it was the seals on the skylight or the shingles at the bottom of the skylight. APR Contracting looked and found multiple issues at a much more reasonable price. They were also able to fix it right away. They even called me after the first hard rainfall to see if the leak was fixed. Definitely recommend.

It was everything I needed except the end. After the work was completed the person who I worked with and paid the money to wanted me to pay more money for things that we did not have a contract on. That is why I don't know if I would recommend this company. Great work but I need a clean and clear understanding of what all cost are and what will be completed in the area of the work. Asking for more money turned this great work done for me into a bad experience. I didn't even want to celebrate that the work was completed.

David was able to answer our questions and set up our roof work quickly... Job was done in one day. I will use them again in the future.

David came out and looked at my roof repair needs and gave me a quote on the spot. I decided to go ahead, since he was able to secure closely matching shingles and take care of it this same day. Now, I have a fixed up garage roof and gutter before the next forecast rain. Quite thankful for that.

We like to take a couple of minutes to describe the excellent experience with David at APR Roofing. First of all every other company we received quotes from wanted to tear off our roof, which would have raised the project price by almost 200%. David analyzed our situation and told us that since we only had one layer of old roof that was covered by a few thousand pounds of gravel, he would be able to reroof over the existing roof. He first removed and hauled away all that gravel and installed a beautiful torch applied roof over the existing roof. He even added some extra work at no extra charge. He answered all our questions, his crew was great and they cleaned up at the end of the job. As a general contractor myself, I couldnâ t have asked for better experience. I highly recommend APR Roofing.

David was easy to work with and he had a team out to my house same day to remove snow and ice from my roof and gutters to solve a roof leak in the kitchen. He also kept his price reasonable even after finding more ice than expected.

Dave and APR were very responsive to an emergency we had with our flat roof leaking in our addition to the house because of excessive snow and ice. Dave was able to adjust some scheduling to get his guys out to our house immediately where most companies we called didn't even get back to us until the next day (even though we stated it was an emergency). Dave's crew went above-and-beyond by not only removing probably 3 feet of snow and ice, but they repaired the roof in numerous spots including the flashing where the roof met the chimney and brick part of the house as well as completely refinishing the vent stack at no extra charge. Very professional, courteous, and responsive - highly recommended and we will certainly use them again if the need arises.
