I was very pleased with the work Dave and his crew did for me. He replaced my garage roof for his companies 1st job for me, and on the 2nd he did repair work on my main roof, along with some masonry work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others who need roofing work done.

I have called him to repair the leaks I had and I showed him where they were He replace my flat roof After 3 M I had the same issue with leaks in the same place I called him to check the roof and without looking at the roof he did, just looking around the house he said that it is a tucking problem and he can do it also How can he change my 10 year old roof if he knew is a tucking issue Please solve the problem I am in Eliza

David and the APR team were excellent. I contacted David thru Home Advisor while in California. He promptly responded and he very thoroughly explained the problem and identified the work that will be completed. He is a very patient and caring business owner and his team follow in his direction. He took his time and helped me to thoroughly understand the roofing process and we accomplished the task of getting the job done. From start to finish, David and his team were on task, cleaned up the area and completed our flat roof repair in one day as planned. Definitely fast, efficient and friendly. David and his team are professional and courteous and were throughout the whole process. My experience was far above and beyond business excellence and I am very grateful. Overall the roof the re-surfaced with additional work done one parapets and chimmney. The work was completed on a timely basis. I was disappointed when then cable T.V. Line for the satellite on the roof was broken. I let them know the TV was disconnected . They did not understand that they had broken the connection. I called Direct TV. They responded but it took 3 days before they could come and replace the cable line running on the roof. I also found that some of the.bricks on the backyard were also broken. We are putting the pieces together on one brick.

Fast friendly and effiecent

Oh no, I wrote a long review and it was deleted :(. Basically APR and David saved my life. David was professional courteous and gave me a quote the very next day after an emergency roof leak! Then he offered a great price on the repair, and finished the day after that!!! You cannot ask for much more from a contractor. A quality job, for a fair price, and very very timely!
